I was referred to Dr. Hoffman by a friend who had a procedure done by him in the past. Prior to the referral, I had done a lot of research on plastic surgeons in the local area. I went into several consultations, but felt either the doctors weren't confident in what I wanted, or the office staff were thoroughly rude. The day of my consultation with Dr. Hoffman in his Palo Alto office, I was greeted by a very friendly Ashleigh whom had my paperwork ready for me to complete. Soon after, I was escorted by another friendly staff member to the exam room. While I waited for the doctor, Karen walked in. She certainly sensed my anxiousness and helped calm my nerves in guiding me prior to seeing the doctor. When Dr. Hoffman entered the room we discussed my goals and his areas of expertise. He was very confident in his work, and I felt very comfortable with his calm demeanor. Karen and I discussed dates as I scheduled my procedure. It has been since September when Dr. Hoffman took care of me. I've had 2 follow-up appointments and the girls are always such a joy when I visit. Dr. Hoffman has been amazing and is very talented & honest in his skills. Thank you all in Dr. Hoffman's office!

Mon premier séjour pour la pose des implants dentaires s’est globalement très bien déroulé. L’organisation était fluide : accueil chaleureux, transferts bien coordonnés entre l’aéroport, l’hôtel et la clinique. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la présence d’un traducteur sur place, ce qui m’a vraiment aidée à communiquer, ne parlant ni turc ni anglais couramment. Il ne s’agit pour l’instant que de la première étape (la pose des vis), donc je ne peux pas encore juger du résultat final. Mais jusqu’à présent, l’expérience a été positive et rassurante. Petit conseil aux futurs patients venant d’Europe : pensez à prévoir un peu d’argent liquide, cela peut faciliter certaines démarches sur place.

The Dr. Goes in once and gets it done. Did a pretty old neck repair that most doctors will not touch due to scar tissue. He is fair on pricing sees you on a Sunday if that is what it takes wow. Efficient committed to his patients will bend over backwards wow. Staff is friendly with multiple locations . I think he lives in his scrubs

Knows what he is saying and doing . Very professional and you will feel confident with him . I advice specifically for thick skinned nose patients to do it with him , most surgeons don’t know how to do such difficult noses but with this doctor ,he knows what he is doing. I asked for a natural nose not overly done and the result is exactly how I expected . Just patience after the surgery as the nose can be very swollen and takes a lot of time . 10/10 experience

This clinic is amazing, I’ve never had so many people care for me with such passion. From Tooba who helped organize my visit, to Dr. Taner who did an amazing job with my teeth to Dr. Berge who review and signed off on an amazing job. I recommend them strongly and I’m happy I came all the way from Canada to experience their professionalism. I must also mention the driver who took such great care of me and was always concerned about my safety and health.
