From the very first point of contact, my coordinator Shayma has been incredible — always responsive, patient, and kind. She answered every question I had (and I had a lot!), helped me navigate the English–Turkish differences, and even greeted me with a warm “kia ora” which meant so much as I’m from Aotearoa New Zealand. I was nervous at first about choosing the right clinic, but after meeting Dr. Mehdi, my surgeon, through a call arranged by Shayma, I knew I was in the right hands. Both my partner (who came as my support person) and I felt completely at ease. From there, Shayma coordinated everything — travel plans, accommodation, airport transfers, meals — even sharing ideas for enjoying some of Türkiye’s amazing food before surgery. The package was excellent and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay for both of us. A special shoutout to Baran, our assistant/translator — he’s the man! Down-to-earth, funny, and so supportive. He made the experience smooth and enjoyable, always checking in and helping us feel at home in a new country. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my SASI bariatric surgery experience with Clinic Wise. The professionalism, care, and hospitality from the entire team have been top-notch. Ich hatte vor vier Wochen ein facelift und hatte tiefe Mundfalten. Die Operation verlief ohne Komplikationen und das Klinikpersonal war sehr nett. Mit unserem Hotel waren wir auch sehr zufrieden. Jetzt sehe ich wieder gerne in den Spiegel. Alles richtig gemacht 😊

Bu kliniğe 2 yıldan uzun süredir geliyorum. Bu süreçte farklı tedaviler gördüm, implant da yaptırdım ve her zaman memnun kaldım. Ekip çok profesyonel ve ilgili. Özellikle Dr. Işık Melis SAĞLAM’a teşekkür etmek isterim; kendisi çok dikkatli, özenli ve hastasına güven veren bir doktor. Burada her zaman kendimi rahat ve iyi ellerde hissediyorum. I’ve been treated at this clinic for more than 2 years now, and every time I walk out with the same thought — “wow, I’m so lucky I found this place!” Over this time, I’ve had different procedures done, including an implant, and everything was done with such professionalism and care that I always felt completely at ease. The atmosphere is warm, the team is fantastic, but the biggest highlight for me is Dr. Işık Melis SAĞLAM. She is truly outstanding — kind, attentive, incredibly skilled, and she makes you feel safe and confident in her hands. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend her and this clinic more!

An absolutely amazing dentist with fabulous staff,would highly recommend to anyone wanted them done over in 🇹🇷, I first met them in derby and was so scared even they didnt think id go through with it 😆 but I surprised myself they make you feel not only comfortable around them but treat you like family from the get go always checking your ok and if anything your not happy with. I've now completed my new smile and over the moon I am cant stop smiling and can't thank them all enough 🥰
