I would like to share my positive experience choosing UnitedCare Hair Transplant Clinic. From the first contact, I got great attention and support, my trip dates were discussed, adjusted, hotel was reserved and I was just waitning for GO :) I was picked up from Airport by driver (I was suprized that car was Maybach bus, only missing Champagne there :) ), we have arrived to the hotel and it was beautiful. I was enjoying my evening walking around Bosphorus Bay woterfront promenade with nice restaurants around. Next day I came to the clinic and was greeted by employees of the company, beautiful ladies. Later, I met Dr. Orkan and Utkan. We spent over an hour discussing and drawing the hairline until we reached a compromise :) Then the magic of the transplant began. The operation itself was successful and high-quality. During the process, I even asked to reduce the number of grafts because the doctors suggested the maximum number for the standard package.The next day, we met, discussed the results, performed hygiene procedures, and a driver was already waiting for me in a beautiful Maybach. Already at the airport, a young man approached me and asked where I had gotten such a natural hairline :) Later, throughout the year, many people asked me where I had the surgery done and asked me to share my contacts, which I gladly did. And yes, throughout the year, the doctors learned about my condition and hair growth process, gave recommendations, and we exchanged questions. A year and a half later, I can confidently say that I achieved excellent results and have fond memories of the UCH clinic and its staff.

Acil servisinde ki erkek personeller gerçekten çok kötü ne konuşmayı ne hitap etmeyi biliyorlar saçma sapan insanlar yüzünden hastalarla muhatap oluyoruz bir kavga etmediğimiz kalmıştı bu hastanedeki hiçbir personele ve doktora asla hakkımı helal etmiyorum!! I was referred to Dr. Hoffman by a friend who had a procedure done by him in the past. Prior to the referral, I had done a lot of research on plastic surgeons in the local area. I went into several consultations, but felt either the doctors weren't confident in what I wanted, or the office staff were thoroughly rude. The day of my consultation with Dr. Hoffman in his Palo Alto office, I was greeted by a very friendly Ashleigh whom had my paperwork ready for me to complete. Soon after, I was escorted by another friendly staff member to the exam room. While I waited for the doctor, Karen walked in. She certainly sensed my anxiousness and helped calm my nerves in guiding me prior to seeing the doctor. When Dr. Hoffman entered the room we discussed my goals and his areas of expertise. He was very confident in his work, and I felt very comfortable with his calm demeanor. Karen and I discussed dates as I scheduled my procedure. It has been since September when Dr. Hoffman took care of me. I've had 2 follow-up appointments and the girls are always such a joy when I visit. Dr. Hoffman has been amazing and is very talented & honest in his skills. Thank you all in Dr. Hoffman's office!
