Eyelid Surgery, Facelift • Paid: $6600 The treatment I had was upper/lower eyelid lift, mid/lower/neck facelift with fat transfer to marionette lines and checks. Dr. Araya was very accommodating to my crazy travel schedule, he was very patient and understanding with my unorganized and crazy financing, he was thoughtful and explained the procedures and he made sure I was comfortable before and after the procedure. I chose this clinic because it had good communication and response times. The price was an excellent value. The outcome of the procedure better than expected. I was scared and nervous about being in Costa Rica to have this procedure but the clinic and nursing staff was kind and organized, everything went smooth and without problems. The recovery nurse was at my bedside every morning, anticipating my needs, encouraging, and compassionate. The driver was patient and sympathetic. The accommodations are comfortable. Hoy día 16 de diciembre tenía un eco-doppler a las 9:35h (según el sms recibido el domingo 14 de diciembre en la calle París, 83 de Bcn) estaba en el hospital desde las 9 de la mañana, a las 9:30h ha salido un hombre, de mediana edad, con bata blanca de donde están las consultas nombrando a 3 personas entre ellas yo, diciéndonos que había un error y que esta prueba no se realizaba en la c/ París sino en la c/ Viladomat y que ya nos llamarían para una nueva cita. Y AHORA VIENE LO FUERTE nos dice: QUE ESTO ESTÁ SUCEDIENDO A MENUDO Y QUE SE AVISA A LOS PACIENTES EL DÍA ANTES, PERO QUE AYER NO MIRÓ EL PAPEL DE LAS VISITAS DE HOY Y QUE NO SE ACORDÓ DE AVISAR!!!!! ME PARECE UNA FALTA DE RESPETO, DESDÉN Y CONSIDERACIÓN AL PACIENTE QUE SE HA TENIDO QUE DESPLAZAR HASTA ALLÍ, PERDIENDO SU TIEMPO Y DINERO "ESTA PERSONA NO ES DIGNA DE ESTAR EN ESTE PUESTO DE TRABAJO" Espero esta reclamación llegue a manos de alguien con "poder" para sancionar a esta persona por el mal trato ocasionado con sus palabras a los pacientes.

Immediately 5 stars for this hospital. Ensure you take the time and read the reviews. It seems to me the only people complaining are the ones who aren’t smart enough to get travel insurance before going to a different country, and then being shocked by prices and treatments. Sorry but you did that to yourself for not using your brain. ANYWAY5/5. 3 weeks ago I made it about 2 days into my trip I knew something wasn’t right, I needed a hospital and I needed it bad. Our resort told us about this hospital and we went. Sure things took a while calling insurance and getting papers signed etc but not once did I feel like I wasn’t in proper care. During the entire duration myself along with my family all agreed the quality, professionalism, and care far exceeded the care any of us have ever received back in Canada and that’s saying something coming from someone with over a dozen surgeries and reconstruction from various injuries during my lifetime. The doctors got all there tests done and immediately sorted out what was going on. Immediate surgery was needed. The patient relations team took care of all the paperwork, communication and payments via the travel insurance company. As soon as insurance gave the green light I was prepped for surgery and in an operating room within a couple hours. My surgeon was one of the most knowledgeable, caring human beings I’ve ever met. This man was not there for my money he was there to save lives. After surgery I was taken to a private room to recover for a couple days before I could leave. My room was 10X bigger then any hospital room I’ve been in before. Multiple beds for family’s, tvs, incredible food. Cleaning was top notch, a nurse would come by every 2 hours to clean the entire room top to bottom. Like clock work. The doctor made several appearances to check up on me and my family. Once cleared I received all paperwork and was allowed to leave. I would 1000% recommend to anyone in need of medical care.Don’t be stupid. Get travel insurance. If you can’t afford it then maybe you shouldn’t be travelling. Don’t take it out on someone because you didn’t set yourself up for success and now think getting a discount for medical expenses is your right.Thank you for saving my life

I had a lesion on my face that looked like a mole, but it turned out to be skin cancer. Dr. Centeno operated on me, and fortunately, the subsequent biopsy was negative. From the very beginning, the doctor was extremely kind, clearly explaining my situation and providing genuine support throughout the entire process. The overall service was very professional: from the moment I arrived at the clinic, I was treated with kindness and respect, and the entire staff was excellent. I was very nervous, but Dr. Centeno instilled confidence and reassurance in me.

วันนี้ไปใช้บริการ บริการดีมากโดยเฉพาะคุณหมอฉีดยาผมสีดำมีทองนิดหน่อยๆผู้หญิง เราสักลายเต็มแขนเราบอกคุณหมอว่าแขนข้างนี้สักเต็มแขนนะคะ กลัวหมอหาเส้นเลือดที่ข้อพับแขนไม่เจอ แต่คุณหมอก็ไม่วีนหรือโมโหเลย พูดดีมากกกก แถมถามตลอดด้วยวว่าจะเจ็บไหมปวดไหม แสบไหม คุณหมออีกคนที่ตรวจสุขภาพก็พูดดีค่ะ ประทับใจสุดๆ วันนี้เจอแต่หมอดีๆ🙏🏻🥹
