I had composite bonding done on my teeth and I couldn't be happier with the results! Dr. Jirach was absolutely amazing—so professional, gentle, and made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. The service overall was excellent, and I really appreciated how well everyone spoke English, which made communication easy and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality dental work in a welcoming and professional environment!

In my life journey of dental work experiences, I've never had a more positive one as I did at Smile4Ever. One year ago I reached out to Smile4Ever and set an appointment for some dental implant(s). At that time, the work did not happen because they were cautious to inform me that because of the recent other medical procedure I had it would not be advisable for me to have dental work, until fully healed. I contacted Magda again. Her communication throughout the entire preliminary coordination was A+. Appointments, transportation, hotel, everything was a breeze with her guidance. The day of my appointment I met Krystal and my medical team. Everyone was knowledgeable, kind, courteous and made me feel like I've known them forever. Dra. Nancy Ponce, and my surgeon, WOW! Dra. Ponce's patience and gentle hands made it feel more like a spa treatment, rather than serious dental work. All my questions and concerns were promptly addressed, and "the plan" was thoroughly explained. Great bed-side manner. I loved Dra. Ponce. My surgeon comes in with his assistant and between laughs and giggles to make me feel more comfortable, before I knew it the surgery was over, pain free. And Krystal, the administrator, this chica is on the ball, with everything. She ironed out every little glitch that came up (through my own creation) and she found effective solutions for everything from payment, transport, medical passes, you name it, she did it. Gracias Krystal! By the way, I had two friends that accompanied me to my appointment and they both ended up becoming patients and actually completing their consults and some procedures the next day. How's that for team work?! And to top it all off, they let me act myself in the reception area, just a little goofy! El viernes llevo a mi hija de 4 años a urgencias de HM sanchinarro porque se ha caído de las camas elásticas en la feria y tiene el codo hinchado y mucho dolor. 3 horas en sala de espera para que le hagan una radiografía a la 1:00 am, después de verla la pediatra 30 segundos. Vuelta a la sala de espera y sobre las 2:45 siendo los últimos que quedábamos en la sala de espera, aparece la pediatra que iba a tomar café y suelta un….”pero todavía le duele y está llorando?” y se pone a examinarla en la sala de espera, y entonces es cuando me dice que en la radiografía no ha visto nada. Coge y se va sin decir nada. Así que me cogí a la niña y me fui a casa. Resumen el día siguiente en el ramon y cajal sedada en la UCI para colocarla el húmero con fractura desplazada y escayolado. Por suerte todo ha salido bien. No recomiendo las urgencias pediátricas de este hospital.

My husband was brought into the emergency intensive care unit as he was only able to breath via a breathing tube. The doctors and personnel’s working at this hospital did everything to give my husband the best care and treatment. I want to express my immense gratitude for everything.

Alaya is an incredible place less than 1h from Barcelona. We experienced the absolute piece of mind as everything was so chilled and motivated you to forget about the reality. Usually I post photos with my reviews but this time I didn't touch my phone for an entire day. Rodrigo was the responsible person for us and he was simply amazing. Very friendly, funny and really good at teaching yoga. One of the best things about alaya was without a doubt the food as Suzi's options were fabulous! The full day retreat worth every cent we spent. Highly recommended and we will definitely return!

The time I spent in Inharmony was an incredible experience. The center is set in a beautiful area that adds to the calming atmosphere. The staff is highly professional, providing exceptional support that truly helped me connect with myself on a deeper level. I left feeling much more balanced than when I arrived, and I am grateful for the knowledge and insights I gained during my time there.The daily meditation practice and the yoga classes are incredibli helpful during the process, everyone is very welcomeing and supportive. I highly recommend Inharmony Retreat center to anyone seeking professional help, personal growth or wellness.
