היה מאד קשה לקבוע תור אצלם (מחלקת פה ולסת) לא טכנולוגים במיוחד, השארתי פניה במייל לא חזרו לקבוע תור. הגעתי אליהם באיחור של 5 דק העברתי כרטיס קופ״ח המתנתי 20 דק למשרד שגם אם לא הייתי ניגש אליהם כנראה לא היום פונים אליי. לאחר מכן התברר לי שלא הועבר טופס 17 במערכת התקשרתי למרפאה שילחו לי כעבור 4 דק שלחתי להם במייל. חזרתי לנותנת השירות והיא הייתה צריכה לבדוק עם הרופא אם הוא מאשר להכניס אותי (אציין שהמתנתי 20 דק כדי להגיע לשירותי משרד) כעבור 2 דק חוזרת אליי הרופא לא מאשר להכנס. אני מתבייש בשירותי הרפואה שאמורים לשרת אותי אם ככה מתייחים למטופלים בושה!. נגשתי למנהלת היא אמרה שתבדוק עם הרופא יוכל להכנס אותי בזמן שאני נמצא שם כמעט 50 דק ולא ראיתי רופא הוא היה עם מטופל וכבר הבנתי שלא אוכל לקבל שירות כי אני צריך להגיע לבעל מקצוע בעוד שעה וחצי ויש לי נסיעה אליו. לימור הציע לקבוע לי תור לערב לאותו רופא לאחר שהמתנתי חודשים לתור הזה. היא קבע לי תור לער, הגעתי 10 דק לפני התור קבלו אותי במשרד והמתנתי לקבלת הרופא 45 דק. אני חסר מילים בזבזתי על בית חולים 3 וחצי שעות בערך על תור לבדיקה שלקחה 5 דק"

בית החולים הכי מזעזע בארץ הייתי שם במיון בגלל שיהיה לי חור בריאה השמאלית לקח להם שעות לקבל אותי והייתי במצב לא טוב בכלל ואז שנכנסתי למיון אחרי כמה שעות אמרו לי שאין לי כלום ורק יומיים אחרי זה התקשרו אליי ואמרו לי לחזור וגם לא היה מקום באשפוז אז אשפזו אותי במחלקת מיון שזה המקום הכי מגעיל בעולם ואף אחד לא התייחס אלי הייתי צריך לבקש כל דבר מאה פעמים לא חוזר בחיים

אני חייל בצבא. הגעתי במיוחד לקבלת טיפול רפואי. מן מכשיר שאמור להיות עלי 24 שעות ולמדוד לחץ דם. הגעתי בזמן, המזכירה נזכרה בי רק לאחר כמעט שעה. הביאה לי מכשיר שאינו עובד ולא הייתה בשום פנים ואופן מוכנה להחליף לי את המכשיר. כשעה האחיות שהיו במקום ניסו לעזור לי וניסו לדבר עם המזכירה אך היא אינה הייתה מוכנה כלל לדבר איתן ועשתה דווקא. גם הורי שניסו לדבר איתה היא לא הייתה מוכנה לעזור. בושה וחרפה לקבל טיפול כזה. זאת הפעם השניה שהגעתי ומכשיר אינו עבד. חזרתי לצבא ללא טיפול ובדרכים כ7 שעות לחינם.

A year ago, I was treated for fibroids at the Ichilov clinic. I heard a lot about Israeli medicine and now I was able to verify its exclusivity in my practice. My nodes were small, but caused a lot of problems. I was especially bothered by bleeding, it got to the point that I began to faint. After my appointment at the clinic, a consultation was held and they offered to postpone the operation and perform a FUS-MRI. The procedure itself is generally painless, but most importantly, it is effective. In general, after several sessions, only one small fibroid remained. I’m sure that in another country with such a diagnosis, they would have sent the uterus to be removed, but here not only the organ was preserved, but the operation was generally avoided.
