Dos horas y media de espera para que visiten a mi hija en urgencias la sala estaba prácticamente por no decir vacía sale una administrativa llamándole la atención a una señora por qué le estaba diciendo que llevaba dos horas de espera que le diera una explicación y encima gritándole.

Quiero dar las gracias y felicitar al equipo al completo desde la entrada la atención muy agradable Ignacio un gran profesional y el trato familiar como no indicar que en tiempo record me han aconsejado y solucionado el problema muy agradecida no lo dudéis son los mejores.

I had a good experience at Bangkok Smile Dental Clinic. The modern facility and friendly staff made me feel comfortable. The dentist explained each procedure clearly, highlighting their commitment to patient care and hygiene. I highly recommend this clinic for quality dental care!

I won’t be coming back here. I had a tooth removed on 27.05 by Dr. Armando — the procedure itself went fine, and the healing process was smooth. However, the situation during my first visit left a very unpleasant impression. After the initial examination, when I was already prepared for a standard extraction, the doctor suddenly quoted a “new” price — €150 instead of €90 — claiming that additional surgical intervention was needed. But I knew for certain that the tooth didn’t require surgery. Once I refused to pay the higher price, it suddenly turned out that the procedure could be done without any extra intervention. This kind of behavior raises serious doubts about honesty and integrity. It felt like they were just trying to get as much money out of me as possible, rather than genuinely helping. As a patient, I felt deceived. Today (03.06) I came in to have the stitches removed — everything went fine. But I will not be returning to this clinic. I believe it’s important to share this experience so others can be aware.

Truly an upsetting experience. Considering that vitallife has always charge a premium for the experience of coming to the hospital. They have made nothing easy at all. Billing was terribly explained to us without us knowing what we are paying for. The doctor was nice and understanding but the staff made a big fuss about booking a simple test at the radiology department across the street. They booked us the appointment but did not communicate to the radiology department about what was needed. The radiology department proceed to question us why we are here. We simply explain but even they refuse to call vitallife for the info until we kept asking. Finally the lady at vitallife told me over the phone she made a mistake and will be sending over the test we needed to do. We were then told that we need to make an additional payment over the phone by vitallife sending us a link which never arrived. The radiology department refuse to perform the test because they were not paid. We obviously offered to pay but we were told the payment can only be made from vitallife. Over an hour they couldn’t figure out what they needed and finally the radiology department refuse to accept us so we had to come back to vitallife which they said they are still preparing the link. I think that if you are paying 3 times the normal amount for a health check for the convenience. There was no convenience, only headaches. Considering that most of the staff just sit around and gossip about their day at the reception area. I am just truly upset because we have been coming here for 3 years now and sadly this will be our last time.

Taky se musím podělit o skušenost s touto klinikou.Seznamil jsem se s nimi v Praze když měli konzultační dny,nechal jsem si udělat od jiné nejmenované kliniky v Praze můstek a nedopadlo to dobře tak jsem se objednal na konzultaci kterou měla My Nova v Praze a domluvili jsme se na zákroku. Po příjezdu do Turecka mile překvapen řidič až na hotel druhý den řidič na kliniku a takhle to pokračovalo šest dní,co se týče zákroku doktorky,asistentek vše perfektní a samotná čelist 100% a k tomu nádherná dovolená,takže za mě můžu jen doporučit.
