Das Krankenhaus ist alles andere als eine Lungenfachklinik. Das Pflegepersonal sehr unfreundlich. Bis man einen Arzt ans Telefon bekommt, kann es Stunden dauern. Alles in einem, nicht zu empfehlen.

Erfahrung beruht nur auf der Intensivstation. Der vergebene Stern ist auch nur für das Pflegepersonal, das größtenteils freundlich, bemüht und kompetent zu Werk geht. Punkte wie Hygiene, Kompetenz und minimale emphatische Fähigkeiten der Ärzte sind nahezu gänzlich zu missen. Könnten wir es uns aussuchen würden wir definitiv kein zweites mal in diese Klinik, dies ist zumindest der Eindruck den wir vermittelt bekommen haben.

Nicht zu empfehlen das Personal wirkt überfordert, die Ärzte machen freitags früher Schluss wir haben 2 Wochen auf eine Diagnose gewartet nur, weil ein Arzt plötzlich im Urlaub war, weshalb keiner uns sagen konnte was los war. Das Essen ist schlimmer als selbst gekocht vermutlich aus dem Wärmewagen aufgewärmt
die Zimmer waren schon ordentlich etwas Positives, wenn man sich das alles anschaut, was hier aber zu sehen ist, sollten sie als Pflegefall hier hinkommen bringen sie viel Geduld mit.

Ich kam zur Untersuchung in der Bethanien Klinik Solingen. Bei Zentrale Patientenaufnahme in die Klinik traf ich auf einen ungewöhnlich höflichen, freundlichen und professionelleren Personal. Alle waren sehr nett und haben alle meine Fragen beantwortet. Ich war sehr zufrieden und dankbar. Mein herzlichen Dank gilt vor allem der Arztassistentin/Zentrale Patientenaufnahme Christiana Storsberg und eine andere Krankenschwester ( deren Namen ich leider vergessen habe), die am 08.04.2025 morgens gearbeitet haben🌹. Alle waren auf jeden Fall top!!!

War Anfang März 2025 zur Kontrolle wieder in Bethanien, wie immer war ich mit der Behandlung und auch mit dem Personal, angefangen an der Rezeption, bei den Untersuchungen und das Personal auf der Station sehr zufrieden ,alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , komme nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.

Meine Mutter ist mit Verdacht auf Lungenkrebs in Bethanien eingeliefert worden. Sie war in der Zeit auf drei Stationen, da der jeweilige Krankheitsverlauf das so erforderte. Egal auf welcher Station sie war, sie wurde immer zuvorkommend und respektvoll behandelt. Ihre letzten 7 Tage hat sie auf der Station 3 (leider weiß ich nicht mehr ob das 3a oder 3b war) verbracht, wo sie schließlich auch verstorben ist. Ich habe sie in diesen 7 Tagen begleitet und konnte mir selbst gut ein Bild von der Pflege dort machen. Ich war absolut begeistert, wie freundlich die Pfleger*innen dort ausnahmslos waren, sowohl zu mir wie auch zu meiner Mutter. Die Pflege war immer gründlich und würdevoll, nie wurde meine Mutter einfach sich selbst überlassen. Man hat mir ein Beistellbett bereitgestellt, so dass ich tatsächlich Tag und Nacht bei meiner Mutter sein konnte und ihr auf ihrem letzten Weg beistehen konnte. Man hat nicht nur dafür gesorgt, dass meine Mutter ausreichend versorgt wird, sondern auch um mich hat man sich gekümmert, sowohl was den seelischen Beistand betrifft wie auch, dass man dafür gesorgt hat, dass ich genug esse und trinke. Eine persönlich vorbeigebrachte Tasse Tee kann in so einer Situation manchmal mehr sagen als tausend tröstende Worte. Das Einfühlungsvermögen der Schwestern habe ich als unglaublich hilfreich empfunden und ihre Erklärungen waren mir immer wieder ein wichtiger Hinweis und gute Vorbereitung auf das, was mich als Nächstes erwartet. Auch als meine Mutter gestorben ist, hat man sie mit so viel Würde und so liebevoll zurechtgemacht. Das war wirklich ein würdiges und friedliches Sterben. Danke darum an das ganze Team der Station 3. Aber genauso an das Team der Intensivstation, wo meine Mutter ebenfalls gute medizinische Hilfe bekommen hat und viel Verständnis. Auch da war der Kontakt zu uns Angehörigen wieder vorbildlich. Es wurde allen ermöglicht, sich von meiner Mutter zu verabschieden, was ein wirkliches Geschenk war. Sehr hilfreich und freundlich war auch die Frau vom Sozialdienst. Sie hat meine Mutter und uns gut beraten und war schnell für uns da. Danke auch an den Palliativarzt vor Ort, der uns ebenfalls eine große Hilfe war und uns gut beraten hat, sowie ständig nach meiner Mutter geschaut. Er hat es auch ermöglicht, dass meine Mutter nicht so sehr leiden musste. Was das Thema Sauberkeit betrifft, war das im Zimmer meiner Mutter stets tadellos. Auch das Essen, das ich dank der Pfleger*innen auch genießen durfte, war vollkommen in Ordnung und ausreichend. Somit blicke ich ausnahmslos mit Dankbarkeit auf die Zeit in Bethanien zurück. Ich habe bisher in keinem anderen Krankenhaus so ein gut funktionierendes und so freundliches Team vorgefunden. Vielen Dank!
