I called them on Monday, and told them that I need a cyst removal done on my back around my left shoulder blade area. The receptionist told me to come the following day, which I was very impressed with how convenient and fast of this. Then I got there on Tuesday, registered, waited to see the doctor, then got the cyst removed within an hour! So thankful for a private hospital like this. The decoration was great, the staffs were very helpful and nice. Very pricey, but luckily I’ve had my private insurance. So I didn’t pay a dime for these whole procedures hehe

beat facilities—it’s like an inside of a 5 star hotel. i tried samitivej and bumrungad the same day for a check-up, and while I was amazed with bumrungad’s facilities, the former is a bit more efficient for me. also the doctors are more patient and will really talk to you about your illness.
in samitivej, i spent 8 hours doctor hopping because it was just to efficient, it’s less busy too. in bumrungad, i did a comprehensive eye check-up that is the most expensive out of all the hospitals. guess what? the doctor talked to me for 5 freaking minutes. FIVE MINUTES! versus an hour of waiting! and he just said my eyes are okay, bye! sorry but i have to namedrop because i’m really frustrated: dr. kittisak kulvichit. he is nice but that is not the only good quality for a doctor in a five star hospital.
TLDR: choose another hospital instead of this one. not worth it AT ALL!

I have had nothing but positive experiences here over the years. My recent herniated disc surgery sealed the deal and led to this review. I have always received prompt and professional service. I have not once had to contact my insurance provider to mediate with the hospital. The facilities (other than the dental clinic) are super clean and modern. And my anesthesiologist was cute too! 😏

It was my first time visiting, and I was impressed by the seamless service at the new patient registration area—staff were professional, attentive, and helpful. The hospital’s ambiance feels more like a luxury hotel, with spacious seating areas and an elegant design.
The on-site Au Bon Pain is another highlight, offering a wide variety of menu options suitable for both children and adults, with ample seating available for customers.
However, there is room for improvement in the restroom facilities, which feel slightly outdated and do not quite match the premium standard of the rest of the hospital.
Overall, it’s an excellent choice for medical care with minor areas for enhancement.

I traveled to Thailand for an Afro hair transplant at Bumrungrad International Hospital, and it was the best choice! The doctors were so competent, and the FUE method gave me such natural results.
