I had the privilege of being cared for by the incredible medical team at Anadolu Medical Center in Affiliation with Johns Hopkins Medicine during my spinal cord surgery in January 2025, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the professionalism to the remarkable kindness and warmth shown at every step, this experience exceeded all my expectations.
I chose Anadolu because of Dr. Mehmet Berk’s outstanding credentials, which gave me the confidence to undergo surgery here. But beyond his expertise, what truly set him apart were his impeccable bedside manners, patience, kindness, and genuine care, qualities that could be a masterclass for any medical professional. Thanks to him, I had absolute peace of mind knowing I had made the best choice. And I was right.
Not only was the surgery a complete success, but I was out of the hospital just two days later, walking and feeling better each day, an outcome I hadn’t even imagined in my best-case scenario. Now, three weeks post-op, I am pain-free and fully back to my normal self. I couldn’t be more grateful.
A huge thank you to the entire team, especially the patient coordinators Ionela Güney, Eliz Kizilirmak, Vaide Kurc and Meryem Karabul, who were with me every step of the way. Their support, organization, and positivity made everything seamless and truly felt like family. I also want to acknowledge the amazing staff on the 3rd floor, where I spent my two post-op days. Their attentiveness, responsiveness, and constant care made my recovery feel like I was surrounded by friends.

2016 yılı itibariyle hizmet almaktayım.Bu yıl Acildeki Sevinç Seyrek hemşireden bir kaç kez hizmet aldım.Bir çok hastaneden hizmet almış biri olarak Acıbadem ,medıkal vb… Bu denli kan alırken özenli ,dikkatli bir hemşire veya hemşir ile karşılaşmadım.Güler yüzlü pozitif enerjiside cabası.Hastanın ilk iyileşme başlama sürecidir bu davranışları görmek.hastahanede güler yüz ve dikkatli hizmet almak.Ben yönetiminiz aracılığı ile kendisine çok teşekkür ederim.Kendisi bence eğitim vermeli bir çok meslektaşına 👏👏👏Sadece hemşire için bile hastahanenizden hizmet almaya devam ederim..

Dağın başı gibi bir yerde. Çevrede ne cafe var nede bir lokanta. Sabah 9:30 da geldik akşam 21 oldu refakatçi yada hastaya yemek veren olmadı. Hastayı bırakıp kilometrelerce yolda gidemedim. Hemşirelere soruyorum siz nereden söylüyorsaniz bizede bir numara verimde yemek söyleyelim diye,ne numara veren var nede söyleyen. Küçük bir büfe dışında hastanede hiçbir şeyde yok. O büfede istediği fiyata istediği malı satıyor,abur cubur. Lüks geçinen berbat bir hastane burası, bakımsız. En kötü devlet hastanesi bile buradan daha iyidir.

Şöyle düşünün; bir Dr.un özel muayenesi ve hatta yazılan ilaçlar isterse aspirin olsun hepsini kendi cebinizden almak zorundasınız SGK ile anlaşması olmadığı için Devlet karşılamıyor. Bir tek geçerliliği olan verdikleri sağlık raporu.

We went with my mother to Anadolu hospital for a second oncological opinion. Now, we feel gratitude for all the doctors who treated my mom. They were outstanding professionals and humans 🙏.
