Oğlumun ateşi vardı doktora alerjisinin oldugunu söyledigim halde kullanılmaması gereken bir antibiyotigi verdi ben hemen itira ettim çıkartılması için tabiki bu arada 5 dakika geçti ve oğlum hapşırma göz kızarması sonra kasılmayla kitlendi ve doktor izledi hemsireler mudahile etti özel çocuk olduğu için önemsemedi lütfen dikkatli olun şikayet ettim görüntüler de var ama malesef hastane sorumsuz fiyat kinusunda almayı biliyorlar ama hiç ilgilenmediler bile

19 aylik bebek ile tam 1 saati aşkın zamandır. Maffle sigorta kan tahlili onayı beklenmektedir. Marflee sigorta onay bizden çıktı demesine rağmen henüz onay gelmedi. Bebeğimiz aç ve kan şekeri düştü. Biz hastane girişin saat 08.00 da yaptık saat şuan 10.52 bu hizmet kalitenizi dolayı teşekkür ediyoruz ve daha ne kadar süreceğini bilmiyoruz. Bir gün sonra yorumlar önemli dediniz ama sorun çözülmedi ki. Biz 12:30 da bebeğinizi alıp başka hastaneye geçtik. Kopyala yapıştır şeklinde cevap vermeseniz daha iyi

Medipol Mega Hastanesi’ne 60.000₺ verip… Susuz kaldık!
Bugün annemin safra kesesi ameliyatı için Medipol Mega Hastanesi’ne yatış yaptık. Ancak “mega” olan tek şey fiyatlarıymış. 60.000₺ gibi fahiş bir ücret talep eden bu özel hastanede, maalesef bir köy sağlık ocağında bile karşılaşmayacağınız bir rezillikle yüzleştik: Sular yok!
Evet, yanlış duymadınız. Hijyenin, temizliğin ve insan sağlığının en ön planda olması gereken bir sağlık kurumunda sular kesik. Üstelik yetkililer, utanmadan bize gece yarısı saat 23:00’e kadar su gelmeyeceğini söylüyor. El yıkamak, tuvalete gitmek, ameliyata girecek hastanın ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak mı? Bunların hiçbirini umursayan yok.
Bu kadar yüksek ücret alıp bu kadar düşük seviyede hizmet vermek tam bir fiyasko. Medipol, otel konforu vaat ederken adeta susuz bir çadır kampı deneyimi sunuyor. Bu nasıl bir vizyon, bu nasıl bir yönetim anlayışı?
Umarım yetkililer bu yorumları sadece okur gibi yapmaz, gerçekten utanırlar.
Sağlık kurumu olmanın sadece binayla değil, sistemle, insanlıkla ve sorumlulukla ilgili olduğunu Medipol yönetiminin hatırlaması gerekiyor.
Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Ne zaman kadın doğum bölümüne gelsek asla aldığımız randevu saatinde doktorla görüşemiyoruz. Her seferinde en az 35-40 dakika rötarlı oluyor. Bugün de sabah 08.40’a randevum vardı doktor 09.10 civarlarında geldi. Doktorun ismini vermek istemiyorum aslında kendisini sevmiştim fakat sürekli bu durumun yaşanması insanı geriyor. Bu sondu daha da gelmeyeceğiz. O kadar para döküyoruz ama kaliteli hizmet alamıyoruz. Devlet hastanesine gitsem bu kadar saat beklemem..

Öncelikle merhaba sizlere bu hastanede tanık olduğum şeyleri anlatacağım öncelikle bundan yaklaşık 3 sene önce falan bir motorun bana çarpması sonucu acil bir şekilde bu hastaneye geldik ve çünkü gece saati ve en yakın hastane burasıydı ve hemen acil bölümüne gittik ve danışmana sorduğumuzda öncelikle bizden röntgen pansuman anestezi vb. Şeyler için toplam 6000 TL istediler o an acele ve paniltem yanımıza para almamıştık ve şu an bunu karşılayamayaçagımızı sonra verebileceğimizi söyledik ama yok dediler ve sonra bizde başka bir hastaneye gitmek istedik bunu duyunca bize bir kağıt imzalattılar (zorla) bizde imzaladık. Bu yaşadığım ilk olaydı burayla ilgili son ve ikinci olayı anlatayım size. Bu sabah daha Yeni doğmuş 2 aylık kardeşim birden nefes alamadı ve bizde aniden panikleyip yine bu hastaneye gittik ve bize belirlenen ücreti vermediğimiz sürece hiç bir işlem yapamayacaklarını söylediler ve ücret 3500 TL'ydi 2 aylık küçük bir bebek kucağımızda nefes nefese iken para lafını duyunca çok sinirlendik ve büyük abim bir tartışma çıkardı (ki bu belirtilen ücretleri aşabilecek ve maddi durumumuzun iyi olduğunu belirteyim) ve bu sefer yine bir başka hastaneye gittik yani kısaca bu hastane hastadan çok paraya önem veren bir işletme
