Wegen einer radikalen Prostatektomie war ich vom 10. bis 16.3.25 im Nordwest Krankenhaus.
Die hier stattfandenden Voruntersuchungen, MRT, CT usw. Waren Zeitnah terminiert gewesen. Das anschließende Aufklärungsgespräch von Frau Professor Dr. Peters, betreffend der Befunde und herangehenstechnik der O.P., war für mich sehr verständlich, Frau Professor nahm sich Zeit für mich.
Vielen Dank an das Chirurgenteam, an das Team der Urologie, an das Team der Station 4, an den Sozialdienst. Mein Dank geht auch an Frau Patricia Löwe, von Case Management, die mir mit Rat und Tat beiseite stand.
Von Anfang bis Ende war ich hier in guten Händen!!!
Einziger Kritikpunkt:
Das Schreiben zur Zuzahlung, Krankenhaustagegeld 10€, beinhaltet gleich die Zwangsvollstreckung und Leistungsbescheide. Muss das beim ersten Anschreiben sein?

Mein Vater war auf der Urologie Station. Er wurde am 17.2.2025 von Frau Dr. Prof. Peters operiert und bekam auf Grund von Inkontinenz Problemen ein Artoms Implantant eingesetzt.
OP: sehr guter OP Verlauf, er kam sofort nach Anmeldung in den OP, 4 Stunden danach schon wieder wohl auf auf dem Zimmer.
Station: nette Pfleger, überragende Betreuung, guten Essen
Perfekte Organisation von erstem Kontaktgespräch bis Entlassung.

Ich war vom 19.03-28.03. 2025 im Krankenhaus. Erst mal ein Lob an die nette Schwester aus der notaufnahme. Wir haben uns super über netflixserien unterhalten. Und auch sonst war sie wirklich toll. Weiter ging es erst mal auf Stadion 3ost auch da waren alle nett. Am nächsten Tag wurde ich dann auf Stadion 8 West verlegt. Und da bin ich tatsächlich voller Lob. Alles wirklich herzensliebe Pfleger und Schwestern. Menschlich, fürsorglich und immer mit einem Lächeln unterwegs. Danke für euren tollen Einsatz jeden Tag. Auch die Ärztin die für mich zuständig war toll einfach toll. Offen und ehrliche Gespräche immer im Auge die bestmögliche Therapie und Lösungen zu finden.
Auch das Team von der Ct Abteilung super.
Die zwei Damen aus der Lungenfunktionsabteilung zwei wirkliche Sonnenscheine wir haben herzlich gelacht.
Das Personal vom Kaffee Kanne auch sehr freundlich.
Und ein ganz besonderer danke geht an die tolle sozialberaterin L.
Auch das Essen darüber kann man wirklich nichts schlechtes sagen. Alles in allem hab ich mich gut aufgehoben und betreut gefühlt.

Gestern Abend suchten wir die Notaufnahme des Krankenhauses Nordwest auf, da meine Mutter starke Schmerzen im Bein hatte. Sie leidet an Kniearthrose und wurde bereits zuvor vor einem Thromboserisiko gewarnt, sodass wir nicht warten konnten. Ihr Hausarzt hatte uns geraten, in einem solchen Fall direkt ins Krankenhaus zu gehen.
Bei unserer Ankunft warteten wir an der Rezeption, doch als wir an der Reihe waren, ließ das Personal zwei andere Personen vor, die nach uns angekommen waren. Zudem wurden wir arrogant behandelt und angeschrien, wir sollten zurücktreten. Das diskriminierende Verhalten war offensichtlich – wahrscheinlich, weil meine Mutter ein Kopftuch trug.
Nach stundenlangem Warten wurde meine Mutter von einer Ärztin untersucht, die sich als inkompetent und desinteressiert erwies. Die Untersuchungsergebnisse wurden vor allen anderen Patienten mitgeteilt, was eine klare Verletzung der Privatsphäre darstellt. Zudem behauptete die Ärztin, dass meine Mutter keine gesundheitlichen Probleme habe, obwohl sie unter starken Schmerzen litt.
Als meiner Mutter gesagt wurde, dass sie gehen könne, hatte sie noch die Venenverweilkanüle im Arm. Wäre sie nicht selbst aufmerksam gewesen, hätte sie das Krankenhaus mit der Kanüle im Arm verlassen. Zusätzlich wurde ihr ein Medikament mit hohem Suchtpotenzial verschrieben, ohne jegliche Aufklärung.
Dieses Krankenhaus ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen: mangelnde Professionalität, fehlender Respekt und keinerlei Interesse am Wohl der Patienten. Ein Blick in die Bewertungen zeigt, dass wir nicht die Einzigen mit einer schlechten Erfahrung sind. Nichtmal ein Stern verdient dieser Platz.
