Diagnostik und Medizinische Behandlung waren zufriedenstellend.
Die direkte Notfallbehandlung hervorragend.
Ich bin sehr dankbar das man mich vor schlimmeren bewahrt hat.
Nach drei Tagen auf der Intensivstation wurde ich in die normale Station verlegt.Die Betreuung in Intensivstation war sehr gut ;engagierte und sachkundige Pflegerinnen und Pfleger sorgten geduldig für mein Befinden auch in unangenehmen Situationen.
Die Betreuung in der Normalstation hingegen war teilweise furchtbar. Ich bin seit fast dreißig Jahren in Insulinpflichtiger Diabetiker und bin in der Berechnung der zu spritzenden Insulineinheiten sehr genau. Man behandelte mich indiskutabel.lch erhielt ständig viel zu wenig Insulin. Meine Zuckerwerte wurden sukzessiv nach oben getrieben. Eine Pflegerin brachte mich dazu auf eigene Gefahr zu spritzen und schaute voller Angst weg.Da ich mich mit da ich mit mich mit dieser Art von Pen nicht auskannte spritzte ich irrtümlich null Einheiten. Das bemerkte keiner. Prima für meine Zuckerwerte.Nachdem es mit einer anderen Komponenten Pflegerin etwas besser wurde wurde ich eines Abends von einer jungen Pflegerin betreut. Sie verstand kein Wort von dem was ich sagte. Am nächsten Tag ging das so weiter.Sie spritzte mir Insulin und vergaß das entsprechend einzutragen. Die nachfolgende Schicht wollte mir deshalb das gleiche Insulin nochmal verabreichen. Wäre ich nicht aufmerksam gewesen und das abgelehnt hätte wäre das wohl schlimm geendet.
So etwas hätte auch einer hilflosen Person passieren können und was dann.
Ziemlich hinterhältig finde ich das man mir als Patienten im Abschlussbericht die Schuld an dieser Misere zuschustert und mich damit ungerechterweise diskreditiert. Ich bin jetzt wieder Zuhause und meine Zuckerwerte sind wieder in Ordnung.
Es ist einfach unverantwortlich aus welchen Gründen auch immer unfähige Personen oder derzeit durch Defizite noch nicht geeignete Personen sozusagen ohne Netz und doppelten Boden auf kranke Menschen loszulassen.

Ich habe mich sowohl bei den Vorgesprächen, der Operation als auch bei der Nachsorge super gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Vom ersten Kontakt optimale Betreuung bei einer ambulant durchgeführten OP(gynäkologische laparoskopische OP). Schnelle Terminvergabe.
Die präoperative Vorbereitung nahm viel Zeit in Anspruch- hat sich aber aufgrund der sehr netten Anästhesistin gelohnt.
Ausgesprochen nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Ich fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben und behandelt.
Ein besonderes Lob an die Lagerungspfleger im Zentral-OP: so kurz vor der Operation war ihr freundliches Gespräch sehr wohltuend.
Professionelle und kompetente medizinische Behandlung inklusive der postoperativen Versorgung.
Ich kann die gynäkologische Abteilung nur weiterempfehlen und würde mich jederzeit dort wieder behandeln lassen.

Aktuell suchte ich das Städtische Klinikum Solingen auf, um mich einer Prostata-OP zu unterziehen. Ich bin von der Leistung der behandelten Ärzte sehr beeindruckt.
Die Anästhesie war perfekt. Dank der Spinalanästhesie war es mir möglich, die Operation zu beobachten. Diese selbst war für mich wahnsinnig interessant und ich bin sicher, dass sie erfolgreich war. Ohne die Leistungen der Ärzte schmälern zu wollen, muss ich aber die Mitarbeiter des Pflegeteams in der Urologie besonders erwähnen: nicht nur stark motiviert, fachlich perfekt, sondern zudem emphatisch und sehr hilfsbereit.
Niemand ist wohl gerne „Gast“ im Krankenhaus, aber bei solchen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern werden Ängste und Sorgen absolut minimiert.

Sonntag den 0.02.25 über die Notaufnahme nach 5 Stunden stationär in der Chirurgischen Station aufgenommen. Ab dem Zeitpunkt der Aufnahme bis jetzt (Montag 06:00 Uhr) ist außer der Infusion folgendes geschehen: Nichts!
Es gab nichts zu essen. Ein Wasserglas gab es auf Nachfragen erst um 22 Uhr. Die Ergebnisse bei der Aufnahme (Blut, Röntgen Urin) wurden mir anders mitgeteilt als der Station. Es liegt keine Entzündung nach einer im Jahr 2024 behandelten Divertikulitis vor. Ein Kalium-Mangel soll über Nacht mit Infusion behandelt werden. Ein Patientenmanagement bei der Aufnahme (als Privatpatient Zeitung, Kopfhörer, Obst etc) hat nicht stattgefunden.
Freundliches Personal auf der Station aber eine mangelhafte Organisation auf Kosten der Patienten.

Ich kann nur das Beste über das Klinikum berichten, insbesondere über die Station E51 und Prof. Dr. Schenker.
Am Montag wurde ich operiert und bereits am Mittwoch entlassen. Die Operation verlief ohne Komplikationen, weshalb ich Herrn Prof. Dr. Schenker ein großes Lob für seine Professionalität und Kompetenz aussprechen möchte.
