Me hice una cirugía ortognática con el Dr. Hernandez Alfaro hace algo más de 1 año y ha sido un desastre el resultado tanto estético como funcional ya que sigo sin poder respirar correctamente, no acercándose a lo que se dijo en un principio que seria, además el trato recibido a posteriori deja mucho que desear ya que en este punto y ante tal problema han dejado de responder mis mensajes. Y para mas inri no se hacen cargo de una posible solución y buscan cobrarte hasta la visita de revisión, se desentienden completamente, una vergüenza.
Thought long & hard about leaving this review but feel I need to as I feel very wronged. I want to start off by saying I’m not reviewing Dr Hernandez’s surgical skills, only the consultation process. So I had been emailing the clinic for over a year about arranging a consultation. I had specified the reason/problem I wanted a consultation. I knew the problem I had would be tricky so I also contacted them through Instagram and asked if what I was looking for was possible, they told me yes & how it is done. About a week before the consultation I also filled out a lengthy online form which I again outlined the problem. So I finally made the trip. When I arrived I was treated really well by his staff. However when it came time to meet Dr Hernandez I was brought into a room by a woman and put on a dentist chair. She then sat at a computer. Dr Alfaro then arrives with another man & proceeded to ask me how he can help me. He did this while these 2 other people are in the room listening to our every word. It was so uncomfortable for me I felt like just getting up & leaving. I expected a 1 on 1 private consultation especially given the fact it cost 250e. But the really disappointing part is that Dr Alfaro literally dismissed my concerns within the 1st 30 seconds of the consultation. He said the problem I was seeing wasn’t there and most shockingly that it wasn’t possible to even do what I was asking for. The whole conversation lasted less than 5 minutes. Felt so rushed and informal. I’ve never felt so demoralised & depressed after a consultation in my life and so annoyed to think of the hundreds of euros I spent on this trip only to have my concerns dismissed & to be told the procedure wasn’t possible.
