Llegué el día y hora señalados. En recepción solo me miraron y me dijeron “el especialista hoy no trabaja”. Mostré que literalmente en 24 horas el especialista me pidió que lo confirmara él mismo, confirmé la cita. Nadie me pidió siquiera disculpas, aunque yo cogí expresamente el tren desde Madrid a las 7 de la mañana para ir al médico.
