Hola quería contar lo sucedido esta mañana en el hospital quiron de Marbella el pasado jueves tuve un accidente laboral en el trabajo con aceite caliente de una freidora en el trabajo ,siendo mi mutua cemar que el hospital está en colaboración con este hospital quiron Marbella ,esto significa que cuando mi mutua laboral está cerrada por fin de semana ,días festivos o feriados como está sucediendo ahora en Marbella ,tiene que atenderme el hospital quiron,esta mañana he estado para hacerme una cura en la quemadura por qué me dolía mucho el pie por qué se me estaba pegando la venda a la herida y no podía aguantar el dolor ,cuando me llevé al mostrador del hospital quiron para contar lo que me sucedió y para que me cambiaran la vendas me negaron la asistencia de enfermería y me he tenido que marchar al hospital costal de sol a curarme y menos mal que me he venido al hospital por que las vendas se me estaban pegando a la piel creciente y me han podido curar ,en el hospital costa del sol me dieron un papel para entregar a la mutua para que se hagan responsable de los gastos ocasionados en la seguridad social ya que la seguridad social no cubren los accidentes laborales , solo decir con esto que mucha quiron mucho privado pero a la hora de la verdad todos tenemos que ir al final a la seguridad social por qué a ese hospital solo le interesa el dinero y no las emergencias y también quería decir que malas reseñas tenéis eso lo dice todo solo tenía tres estrellas no hay que ir mal lejos para saber la satisfacción del cliente fatal

La calidad del servicio cada dia es peor. Es una pena que haya buenos profesionales pero el servicio en general no acompañe. Ya es la 2da vez que siento la falta de empatía absoluta por los doctores y siendo atendida como un número con prisas y tratando de liberarme rápido para seguir.
Es una pena, solía ser referente y con muy buenas recomendaciones, pero hace unos años que su crecimiento físico difiere muchísimo del crecimiento humano de su personal.

El año pasado he estado ingresada en este hospital, durante 14 días. Les quería besar los pies de todos allí por el buen trato.
Siempre he ido a urgencia ahí, y la verdad, no me podría quejar. Pero he estado hoy por un absceso en el abdomen. Que decepción! Nunca he visto tamaña falta de cordenación. El médico que me atendió no me daba ninguna confianza, parecía desinteresado. Luego el enfermero, parecía no tener memoria.
Es una pena, pero creo que hace falta más cordenación, por lo menos.
Espero que sea solo una mala fase y pase pronto.
