En cuanto referente al medico un gran profesional. En cuanto a la cita mucho que desear, pues al llegar alli, no tenian ningun aviso, ni constancia por vuestra parte de la cita. Me habeis hecho perder el tiempo y estar 1 h pata que pudieran gacer un lugar y atenderme debido a la distancia y el que no era un oroblena,mio,y ante la urgencia,asi que hospital y medico ha sido perfecto. En cuanto a la gestion de doctoralia muy mal y poco profesional.

Expreso mi insatisfacción con respecto al proceso de solicitud de la cita con el cirujano maxilofacial, la cual fue confirmada previamente. Donde, realicé el proceso de solicitud de la cita a través de la aplicación Doctoralia, siguiendo todos los pasos indicados. Posteriormente, recibí un correo electrónico de confirmación con la fecha y hora de la consulta programada. Sin embargo, al acudir puntualmente al lugar de la cita, fui informado por el personal de recepción que no existía ningún registro de mi cita con el doctor. Además, se me comunicó que el cirujano maxilofacial no se encontraría disponible por los próximos días.
Este inconveniente me ha causado una pérdida de tiempo, ya que confié en el sistema de solicitud y confirmación de citas, y como resultado, he perdido tiempo valioso sin recibir la atención médica que esperaba.
Espero este suceso sea atendido para que tomen las medidas necesarias para evitar que este tipo de errores se repitan en el futuro.

Cogimos la cita online y cuando llegamos a la clínica de Girona nos dicen que no consta ninguna cita y que ya se había ido el doctor. La cita, incluso, la habíamos confirmado dos días antes mediante un mail que nos llegó para confirmarla. En la recepción no sabían que se podía coger cita online, pero les constaba que esto había pasado más veces.
