My 5-year-old started having some tremors, we took her to the hospital and she was diagnosed with epilepsy. We were lucky that we got the appointment with Dr. Ebru Erbayat Alta as she is the most famous epilepsy doctor in our city. My son was very comfortable with her and he underwent a minor surgery which was successful.

Doktor Ebru Karcı Annemi 2 haftadır tedaviye başlatamadı. Geçen hafta kan değerlerinde olumsuzluk olması nedeniyle hastaneye yatmamızı istedi. Nefrolog ve Enfeksiyon doktoruna konsültasyon atandığını söyledi. 2 gün boyunca bir kere olsun kata hastanenin yanına gelmedi. Diğer doktorlar da gelmedi. Bizim değerlerimiz hala düzelmemesine rağmen hastaneden taburcu ettiler. Hiçbir şekilde Ebru hanıma telefonla dair kat doktorları ulaşamadı. Bugün tekrar size kontrol randevusu için geldik ama öncesinde kan tahlilleri yapılması gerektiği bilgisi kattan bize verilmedi ve annemi Pendikten ameliyatlı bir şekilde muayene getiriyoruz ve hastanede pahalı sekilde mecburiyetten kan tahlilerini yaptırıyoruz. Değerler hala yüksek olduğu için odanıza bile çağırmadan kapının önünde bizi Nefrolog doktoruna yönlendiriyorsunuz ? Ameliyat olalı 1 ay oldu tedavi başlaması gereken hastanıza özveriniz bu mudur ? Annem suanda git gel yaptırarak ilgielenmeyerek doğru yönlendirme yapmayarak zaman kaybettiriyosunuz.
