Assoc. Prof. Erkan Yıldırım, M.D. was born in 1968. He was graduated from Eskişehir Anatolian High School in 1986. He was graduated from School of Medicine, Anadolu University in 1992. He completed his term as a medical practitioner in Denizli, 1993.
He completed his residency education for Thoracic Surgery in Siyami Ersek Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Center, İstanbul and Atatürk Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery Center, Ankara in 1998.
Assoc. Prof. Erkan Yıldırım, M.D. completed his mandatory military service in Thoracic Surgery Clinic of Gülhane Military Medical Academy in 1999.
Assoc. Prof. Erkan Yıldırım, M.D. gained “Turkish Thoracic Surgery Proficiency Certification” in 2003.
