Debemos parar los pies a esta gente. Lo que voy a contar es muy fuerte. Tengo 57 años y jamás en la vida había vivido algo igual. Es lamentable lo que me ha ocurrido hoy, en concreto, hace escasos minutos. Hace más de 8 meses que llevaba esperando para que me realizaran una prueba de sueño en la que debía quedarme una noche entera en el hospital a dormir. En febrero de este año, me citaron pero se tuvo que cancelar porque se equivocaron de fecha. Hace 15 días me volvieron a citar para hoy, día 7 de julio, donde debía presentarme a las 21 horas. A las 20 horas estaba ahí registrándome, donde me dieron la habitación 520. En ella, después de vestirme, y prepararme, permanecí INGRESADO hasta las 23 horas sin que nadie apareciera, donde al ver que nadie se personaba, llamé a la enfermera la cual me dijo que iban a avisar al responsable de la prueba. Nada más lejos de la realidad, quince minutos más tarde, la misma enfermera que me había atendido en primera instancia, se presentó para decirme que me podía vestir e irme a casa por que nadie iba a venir.
Os podéis imaginar mi cara, pedí explicaciones que no sirvieron para nada, solo me dijeron que la persona que debía venir, no había venido. Mañana me personaré en ese hospital y exigiré hablar con el responsable además de poner una reclamación. Tuve que pedir libre a mi trabajo y además, no se olvidaron de pasar mi tarjeta de Sanitas. No tenemos bastante con la atención tercermundista que nos están dando como para tolerar que jueguen así con nuestra salud. Lo que tengo claro es que para mi, el IMED Levante ha muerto.

Qué lástima que no se puedan poner 0 estrellas.... No pensé nunca que repetiría la reseña, pero la anterior se me quedó corta. Estas palabras van dedicadas al internisto/-a que me "atendió"( uy qué grande le queda) en mi ingreso del 28 de mayo. La falta de respeto y educación parece ser una de las características de este centro hospitalario. Por supuesto, como todos los "buenos profesionales" me derivó al psiquiatra. Qué carrera más sencilla la de medicina: siempre nos quedará el psiquiatra para "sacarnos las castañas del fuego". Así la estudio hasta yo, y a lo mejor la saco en seis meses. Por otro lado, su trato, lejos de ceñirse a la medicina, se extendió a mi vida personal, con una pregunta tan ofensiva como : Ah, pero tú trabajas?.... Bueno, bueno, quizás tu .... y yo no trabajemos en lo mismo, pero yo sí que trabajo, y con seis personas a mi cargo. Cuántas tienes tú?. Ninguna verdad?. Y por último la solución definitiva: Pues pídete una baja. Vamos a ver señor/-a, que mi vida me la organizo yo. Que tú no eres nadie. A ver si te enteras.... Y podrías haberte ofrecido a pagarme la hipoteca de mi casa. Así me pido la baja, fíjate.
Yo por supuesto sigo igual.... Bueno, igual no, tengo la tensión por los suelos, estoy extraordinariamente cansada, y he perdido peso. Ahí lo dejo..... y sigo con pruebas. Debo aclarar que me tuvieron seis días en el hospital con la condición de hacerme una colonoscopia y una gastroscopia. Ninguna otra prueba( y la colonoscopia no salió bien y no pudieron tomar ni biopsias). Me ponían la comida como a un "perro"( faltaría más). Bueno, en el IMED todo sale bien. Hace dos años, se me cronificó una infección de orina( y tengo todos los cultivos acreditados cuando salí del IMED) y no tenía nada. Ah sí, era la menopausia....
"Mis queridos lectores" vayan al IMED para solucionar sus problemas de trabajo, de pareja, .....porque de salud no creo.
Ah añado una aclaración: si voy al IMED es porque mi seguro de salud privado no está disponible en el HCB. Ahora he optado también por la medicina pública. La verdad es que la celeridad no es su "fuerte" pero tengo que "agotar todas las posibilidades para curarme".

Zeer slecht. 29,5 graad op de kamer. Geen controles. Geen water of ander drinken gekregen tijdens opname, zeer slechte karige maaitijd. Ramen en schuifdeur van balkon mogen niet open. Een overvloed aan onderzoeken zonder dat resultaten gemeld werden. Het is een geld machine!

The worst customer service! I left a deposit of 1500€ until insurance company sends money to them. It’s now more then 2 months since insurance have paid and I’m waiting for my money to be returned. Phone calls and emails are not properly answered, I do not know anything about the current status and required actions

Coloco 1 estrella porque no puedo poner menos nuestra experiencia fatal mi esposo acude a urgencias en mal estado han pasado 2 horas en urgencias y nada que lo atendían me dirijo a la recepción a preguntar cuánto le queda y me dice que tiene 5 pacientes delante cuando en el tiempo hay sentados había pasado una persona le digo que él se siente muy mal que tiene mucha fiebre escalofrío y la doctora de la recepcionista me dice que ella lo vio bien que le ve estable porque llegó caminando no hay un tiraje no hay nadie q tome constantes a la final tomamos la decisión de irnos al HBC donde al entrar en ver el estado le atendieron inmediatamente colocaré una querella ante el consumidor porque no es normal había un señor sangrando y ahí seguía el pobre en conclusión pésimo servicio no vuelvo ni le recomendamos también nos quejaremos en nuestra aseguradora ..
