Mi mejor amiga está embarazada de 40 semanas y ha ido a vuestros cursos, controles y ecografías y le dijeron que hoy 8 de julio le provocarían el parto si no dilataba. Hoy se han presentado a primera hora y la han mandado a su casa con la excusa que se aseguró en el hospital cuando ya estaba embarazada y que no la atenderían para el parto. Después de tantos meses yendo a controles, ¿No podían haberle informado antes? ¿Le dicen que vaya hoy y que va a tener a su bebé y la mandan a su casa?

Pésima gestión hospitalaria. No atienden nunca en el servicio de atención telefónica, me citaron mal para unas analíticas, que tuve que repetir por equivocación del centro, cero capacidad de resolución de problemas e imposible resolver dudas con nadie, porque nadie te atiende. Gestión médica regular y gestión administrativa pésima.

Horrific experience, my mother had a left shoulder replacement on 20th June, came up from surgery with a cut on the opposite side on her neck, and bruised right arm, the report had nothing about her having a general and we were literally kicked out on Saturday morning less than 24 hours after surgery by a nurse, never saw a doctor! Couldn’t get pain medication from the pharmacy as we had no official discharge paperwork!
Have complained via QR code and Customer Care and have had no reply 2 weeks later.
We are looking into legal action!

My wife has breast cancer surgery here. Surgeon was excellent. After care treatment and communication is lacking. Timing and authorisation issues between insurance company and hospital has added unnecessary stress. Hospital are not issuing prescription forms that insurance company are requesting and medical reports are not always explanatory enough as to why they suggest a certain treatment etc. Better lines of communication are needed, particularly in keeping patients informed exactly of what to expect. Surgery was mid April and now we're almost into July with no actual start date with preventative treatment. We're hoping it's nothing serious and won't affect long term recovery or recurrence.
Edit: would like to add that Paula in patient affairs has been most helpful and kind to the situation. Radiology department administration needs some etiquette in making calls to patients - keep telling my wife "we do not have authority for treatment", when quite clearly our insurance company and our insurance broker have been spending hours over the last few weeks asking for more detailed information on suggested treatment. It may have helped if the machinery had been fully operational and not breaking down on two previous appointments and internal communication was better between oncology and all the departments.

20 días (me dijeron que tardaban unos 5) esperando un informe de radiología, 3 citas concertadas que no sirvieron de nada porqué necesitaban el informe, más de una decena de llamadas, la mayoría no atendías. Un desastre de hospital y sobre todo de atención.

Llego a las 23h con mi hijo con 39.3 y el médico de urgencias me dice que prefiere no atenderle y me manda al hospital de Alicante.
Muy poco profesional y con pocas ganas de trabajar.
