Standartları çok yüksek bir hastane.Ortopedi bölümünde muayene oldum.Prof.Ufuk Özkaya nın adeta bir ders özelliğindeki açıklamaları beni son derece memnun etti , bu güne kadar hiçbir doktordan bu kadar detaylı bilgi almamıştım.

Prof Dr Ufuk Özkaya tarafınca ameliyat oldum. Doktorumuz operasyonun her aşamasına dair çok detaylı bilgi verdi. Ameliyat sonrası da sıkça ziyaret ve kontrolde bulundu. Hemşireler çok ilgili, güler yüzlü ve sevgi dolu kişilerdi. Kader hemşire, hasan hemşire, gonca hemşire ve ismini hatırlayamadığım herkese sonsuz teşekkürler. Temizlik çok iyiydi. Yemekler çok özenliydi. Rapor, sigorta vs işlemleri ilgililerce hızlıca halledildi. Tüm ekibe sonsuz teşekkürlerimle.

Annem gecirdigi bir ev kazasi sonucu iki omuzunu birden kirdi. Cumartesi sabah saat 7:00’de Ufuk hoca bir mucize gibi karsimiza cikti. Cok basarili bir ameliyat yapti. Her iki koluna platinler takildi. Riskli, ustalik isteyen ameliyatini titizlikle yapti. İletisimiyle deneyimiyle harika bir hekim. Hasta takibi de cok iyi. Ufuk hocama ve Memorial ailesine tesekkur ederiz:)
Benim tedavim menisküs ve ön çapraz bağ onarımı idi. Ufuk beyin konuya olan hakimiyeti zaten sorgulanamaz. Tedaviden sonra olması gereken ile olanı karşılaştırması ve bunları öğrencisine anlatır gibi tane tane soru işareti bırakmadan anlatması ameliyatı neden olmam konusunda kendime aradığım cevapları bulmuş oldum. Ufuk bey hastası ile güven ilişkisini çok iyi kuruyor ve bütün ayrıntıları ile konuyu anlatıyor. Neye - neden ihtiyaç var yada yok çok net şekilde anlatıyor, örneklemeleri soru sormanıza gerek bırakmıyor. Operasyondan sonrada ilgisi alakası ve tedavinin gittiği yer anlamında bilgilendirmesi de çok güzel davranışlardı. Keşke daha önce tanıyıp operasyonu gerçekleştirseydim.
