Nörolog Dr. Hale Tüzünün, annemizi takibi, ilgisi ve isabetli yönlendirmeleri ile sıkıntılı bir süreci atlattık. Bahçelievler Memorial Hastanesi de alanında uzman başarılı doktorların çalıştığı, başarılı organizasyonu, temizliği ve güler yüzlü tüm çalışanları ile tercih ettiğimiz bir hastanedir.
Hastahane ye değil de çok lüks bir otele girmiş gibi hissediyorsunuz. Tertemiz ve pırıl pırıl gerçekten. Doktorumuz Nörolog Hatice Hale hanım çok çok çok iyi. Gözünüz kapalı hastanızı veya kendinizi teslim edebilirsiniz. En yeni teknoloji leri ve ilaçları yakından takip eden bilgi sahibi güvenilir bir doktor. Biz çok memnun kaldık.
Ama desk personelleri konusunda çok olumsuz izlenimlerim oldu. Umarım en kısa zamanda personellerini de doğru yönlendirirler. Çok ileri hastahane anlayışında bir kuruma hiç yakışmamış maalesef.
Genel olarak Memorial hastanesine ve özellikle Dr.Hatice Hale Tüzün e çok teşekkür ederim. 10 yıldır kimsenin çare bulamadığı migrenim için uyguladığı tedavi yaptığı tespit sayesinde şimdi çok daha iyiyim. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla Dr. Hale hanımı tavsiye ediyorum. Herşey için teşekkürler.
