Eşim hamile ve Serdar beyi tercih ettiği için bu hastaneyi tercih ettik. Serdar bey mükemmel bir insan hekimliğine zaten lafımız yok çok büyük saygımız var kendisine ama insan oğlu insan kendisi. Halden anlayan hastasını korkutmadan pozitif iletişim kuran bir hekim. Hastane gayet iyi insanlar gayet iyi. Fiyatlama kısmında çalışan Damla hanım gerçekten bu hastaneyi temsil eden bir profil. Güler yüzü, tane tane anlatımı, yardımseverliği hepsi gayet eğitimli yetkin bir kişi olduğunu gösteriyor. Kendisine de teşekkür ederiz. Kolay iletişim kurabildik ve sabırla bizleri dinledi.

Çalışanların güler yüzlü , hekimlerin bilgili ve donanımlı olduğu bir hastane. Her gidişimizde memnun kaldığımız , tertemiz bir ortam. İçinde divan patiserie bulunmakta. Bu nedenle içtiğiniz kahve dahi pırıl pırıl. Çok memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz.

Долго терпел боль в спине, пока не начало отказывать бедро. Оказалось большая грыжа и как-то неудачно расположена. В Казахстане говорили — рискованная операция, есть риск повредить спинной нерв. На онлайн-консультации с хирургом из Лив Вади мне дали надежду, что операцию можно провести без осложнений. Удаляли грыжу с микроскопом и навигацией. Все аккуратно, через маленький разрез. Восстановился буквально за две недели. Спина не болит!!!! Я в шоке до сих пор. Спасибо врачам!!!!!!!!!!

2025 Mart ayı içerisinde Genel Cerrahi doktoru Prof. Dr. Emre Sivrikoz’e ve Gastroenteroloji doktoru Doç. Dr. Eylem Karatay’a muayene oldum ve muayene olduğum günden çok güzel bir ilgi ile karşılaştım. Hem tıbbi bilgi ve deneyimleri ile hem de hasta odaklı yaklaşımıları kendimi emin ellerde olduğumu hissettirdiler.
Gerekli tetkikler yapıldıktan sonra 19 Mart'ta, Sayın Emre Sivrikoz’un liderliğinde bir başarılı operasyon geçirdim ve 6 gece boyunca hastanenizde istirahat ettim. Sayın Emre hoca istirahatım boyunca her zaman sabırlı ve anlayışlı bir şekilde sorularıma cevap verdi, endişelerimi giderdi ve her aşamayı detaylıca açıkladı.Her gün düzenli kontroller ile gerçekten emin ellerde olduğumu hissettirdi ve sağlığımın her gün daha hızlı toparladığını hissettim. Basit bir operasyon geçirmedim fakat o kadar başarılı bir ameliyat ve iyileşme süreci geçirdim ki hastaneden taburcu olurken nerdeyse hiç ameliyat olmamış gibi sağlıklı ve huzurlu hissediyordum.
Diğer taraftan, istirahatım boyunca 8. kattaki tüm hemşirelerim düzenli kontrollerimi sağlayarak sağlık durumum ile ilgili beni düzenli olarak bilgilendirdiler, son derecede profesyonel oldukları kadar bir o kadar da sıcak kanlı oldukları için psikolojik olarak da çok rahat ettim, kendilerine yönelttiğim her soruya sabırla cevap verdiler. İhtiyaç duyduğumda saniyeler içerisinde yanımda olup yardım ettiler.
Ayrıca, her gün odamın hijyenini sağlayan, yemek servisinde bulunan/hazırlayan, gerek duyduğum her ihtiyacımı karşılayan tüm hastane personeline çok teşekkür ederim.
Bence hastanenizin en güzel yanı sadece tek bir sürecin değil, kapıdan girdiğiniz andan çıktığınız ana kadar uçtan uca her sürecin çok başarılı bir şekilde yönetilmesidir.
