Wansiri Aesthetic Hospital
is really good.
I came to reduce my breast size. After I finished, I felt very light. It hurt when I left the operating room and when the injection was given. When I woke up the next day, I felt very comfortable.
The wound was beautiful. The service was good. The doctor was punctual, didn't accept many cases, and stitched the wound very beautifully. I was afraid that the wound would not be beautiful, afraid that the nipples would not be beautiful. The doctor stitched very neatly. If I had known this, I would have come to do it a long time ago. I bow to the doctor. 🙏🏻🤩 As a mother of 2, it's like I have a new life. I feel light, no back pain, no wound pain. It healed in less than a week. 🩷

One week ago, I had my breast surgery with Dr. Kasemsak at Wansiri Hospital, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
Before my surgery, Jameela was incredibly helpful, providing me with all the necessary information and always responding promptly. She was there for me every step of the way, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jameela is awesome!
When I met Dr. Kasemsak for the first time, he took the time to give me a thorough consultation and was highly professional throughout. His expertise and attention to detail made me feel confident and well cared for.
The hospital itself has excellent facilities, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The nurses were available 24/7, always ensuring I was well looked after. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay.

I’m so disheartened, I’m not sure how to start with what went wrong because it all did.
I live half way across the world spent more money all together doing the whole trip and surgery because I believe they were the best. I would have saved $$ doing it in my own country. Lesson learned!
I can put a fist between my breast implants it looks absolutely horrible.
None of the staff know any English. NONE! I was in pain and got no help, I was told the hotel I was staying at was 5 minutes away… my hotel was an hour away.
I had to ask for my itinerary, I had to ask do’s and don’t.
Communication was somewhat great until they had the money then it was like a ghost town. I really wanted to enjoy my experience but unfortunately I haven’t.
Luckily I check on Google about having bath. It’s a BIG NO!! Yet again wasn’t told that, wasn’t told not to drink etc. very very very unsatisfied!!

After consultation with my specialist GP in Australia, I was advised to search for a medical provider in Thailand for that service as the medical costs are lower in Thailand, and the medical expertise for that service is higher. Initially, I found a top medical provider but that did not suit my timeline and budget so I searched and found another service provider, Wansiri hospital, through a service portal. I have found the nurses, receptionists, surgeons, doctors and other staff, with special mention to the concierge 'Cookie' to be extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. I have just completed the medical treatment, and I got what I come for, being my dream comes true. As this is Thailand and not everyone speaks English 100%, I was advised by Cookie to ask if you need something and until you get it. If you are vegetarian like me, please make sure you get your vegetarian meals by asking the relevant staff. Also, do not wait for things to happen. Be pro-active and make it happen as hospital staff can be busy at times. This is a modern facility with all the right medical equipment, medical services, pharmacy and a bar that opens daily from 9 am. I genuinely enjoy my time here, and would like to thank all the medical and service staff in charge of my care. I highly recommend Wansiri hospital for anyone who is interested in their services.
