An amazing Doctor and team. They are absolutely wonderful. What a positive experience we had with my 86 year old Mother. Prompt, punctual, thorough and most important caring, empathetic and he and his team LISTEN and give you their TIME.
It’s been a year since the surgery and every call or message is still returned immediately.
Dr Hegdge and his team treat every patient of theirs - paying or non paying, with the same respect and care.

My Spondilothesis shows no lmprovement in spite of physiotherapy.L4.L5 and Disc presses Sciatic nerve debelising movement while standing or walking even a minute. Dr.Robert Mao gave a letter to you to analyse the problem and I showed it to your Assistant who asked me to wait for you but I couldn't sit there for 2 hrs waiting for you.
If I could undergo surgery, I am happy to see you and if I couldn't resist surgery, I bear the pain and continue exercise.
I'm 76 years old. CABG in 2000, Dialysis from2021.Diabetic patient. Awaiting your Advice to follow.

Very bad experience.
Not a good doctor. We consulted for my wife spinal pain , his junior had examined her and they only interested in reports not in patients complain. Second day when he came to see my wife ,sajan Hegde didn’t examined nor seen patient and only listen to juniors and see only blood reports. He didn’t examine nor asked any single question to patient . Even he didn’t interested to see mri reports also. MRI suggested listhesis and facaetal arthropathy which required stabilisation. We consulted 4 expert spine surgeon in Mumbai and Ahmedabad also. All suggested surgery, but he said you don’t have any problem and consult rheumatologist for higher Uric acid. We had already consulted rheumatologist and he said he required spine surgeon opinion. Better to consult Dr inghalhalikar at Jupiter hospital , thane. A true genuine and senior experience doctor who 1 st listen patient complint s first and then clinical examination and then sees the mri reports.
I will never go to apollo hospital .
They said that the patient will be pain free after 3/4 days of the surgery and also he can walk smoothly. But after 1.5 months of the surgery, pain is still there and the patient is still limping. Worst experience ever. Also the dr. never assist the patient. He is always busy with his phone while checking patients. It's his assistants who checks patients and the surgery was also done by the assistant doctors only. They just misleads patient and their families. What they are doing is purely business. Nothing else.
Not a good Dr. And he doesn't have time to see his patients properly. His assistant asks questions and writes in paper. And Dr doesn't even listen properly what his assistant says. Stupid Dr. Money eating machine all setup there. It was very frustrating to hear this Sazen's opinions.
Worst doctor ever, rude behaviour, careless about patients, money minded, whenever booked an appointment irrespective of online or hospital visit, always junior doctors are there to disturb, they are one who talk to patient, even operation also. And for online appointment, 100% junior doctor will call you on the name of Hedge, they didn't bother about the timings you booked, they call as per their availability. Dr Hedge and junior doctor team even does not know how to behave with patient party.
Adding additional charges post operation for every patient by telling OT timings has been increased, they don't care about patients, only running business. May be he is a good doctor to other, but not a good human being.
Very disappointed with the experience. Dr. Sajan never came for consultation, some Jr. Doctor attended and did not help much despite providing all the films of MRI & X ray. Big Dr. just selling his name and not doing justice to online consultation and no heart for ailing patients.
