I've been a patient at Westdent since 2022 when I first visited to have my implants inserted. They were a really lovely company and, despite huge growth in the intervening 4 years, none of that has changed.
Over the years I've opted to have the prosthetic system that I had, changed for a different type, and every question, request and interaction has been met with patience, knowledge, reassurance and understanding.
I have spent hour upon hour in the dentist chair there and at the forefront of all of our interactions has been my comfort and peace of mind.
Last year 2024 I had upper and lower full arch Toronto prosthetics fitted. They worked until very late on me and their attention to detail was let down by some sub-par work by an external prosthetics laboratory.
When I returned to the UK I realised that there was a distinct colour difference between upper and lower jaw. I. Immediately contacted them.
Dr. Susana's immediate response was that I should come back.
Due to family issues I didn't return until 15 February 2025, I was greeted like an old friend. Nothing was too much trouble and, despite it being a huge job (the bottom arch had been fitted with a view to it being permanent and so was difficult to remove) some late nights, prosthetics that my jaw appeared determined to be awkward about the end result is an outstanding bottom set of teeth which match the top set beautifully. I spent a week in Izmir this time, had numerous visits, amazing treatment (the staff stayed til 1am on my last night/morning to be sure all was OK before I flew) - this was ALL under warranty,
Westdent may not be the cheapest but, in my opinion, they're definitely the best. My teeth look natural. Everybody compliments me on them. The staff are all wonderful. I can't praise them or recommend them enough.

Я жила зі своїми проблемними зубами все життя й навіть не мріяла, що можна щось змінити без брекетів. Але настав момент, коли зуби терміново потрібно було лікувати. Через сервіс Bookimed я знайшла цю клініку.
Лише за два дні ми домовилися про мій приїзд, і вже за три тижні я була в Ізмірі.
У перший день мені зробили 75% лікування, а це дуже багато. Потрібно було видалити канали з кількох зубів, долікувати зуби, які були неправильно вилікувані ще в підлітковому віці, та реставрувати ті, які мали сколи. Крім того, всі зуби потрібно було сточити для встановлення цирконієвих коронок. Моя неймовірна стоматолог Emine Tuğçe Ateş та її асистентка Гамзе (на жаль, я не знаю її повне ім'я) зробили приголомшливу роботу. І весь цей час поруч була перекладачка Аліна. Усі дівчата були дуже доброзичливі, привітні та професійні.
На другий день мені долікували те, що залишилося з першого дня. Здається, у той самий день відбулася перша примірка коронок. Враховуючи, що між моїми зубами були великі проміжки, це стало непростим завданням для техніків. У мене було три примірки, перш ніж результат мене повністю влаштував.
Я делікатна людина, тому мені було складно наполягати на змінах. Але, враховуючи, що це мої зуби, які я бачитиму щодня, довелося бути відвертою щодо своїх побажань. У першому варіанті зуби були занадто великими, а в другому їх дуже сильно зсунули через великі щілини. Хоча передні два зуби виглядали чудово, результат мене не влаштовував. У середу ми зробили третю примірку, зуби ще більше сточили, але й у цьому варіанті щось було не так.
І що найважливіше – ніхто не натякав, що я вередую чи займаю час дарма. Навпаки, кожен, хто працював зі мною, намагався допомогти та втілити мою мрію в життя. І цим чудовим професіоналам це вдалося!
У четвер відбулася примірка з цирконію. Стоматолог трохи відкоригувала прикус, і все. Того дня моє перебування в клініці зайняло максимум півтори години, а решту часу я гуляла містом.
В останній день мені закривали канали на зубах, які лікували, і встановили коронки. Мій лікар була дуже турботливою: вона закрила зуби, які реагували на холодне повітря інструменту. Лікар і її асистентка працювали в тандемі – ніжно, обережно та професійно. Ніхто не розтягував щелепу, не штовхав і не тікав інструментами. Зазвичай, після стоматолога потрібно ще лікувати ясна чи губи, але цього разу, навіть після настільки глобальної роботи, я не відчувала жодного дискомфорту.
Після встановлення коронок було незвично. Здавалося, що зуби занадто білі та рівні, але всі навколо казали, що вони виглядають неймовірно.
Наразі пройшов тиждень після лікування. Мій догляд майже не змінився: іригатор, зубна нитка, паста з фтором і м'яка щітка. Єдина зміна – це сон із капою, яку потрібно носити три місяці після встановлення коронок. Також я замінила електричну щітку на мануальну, адже, як виявилося, електрична щітка може розхитувати пломби, коронки та імпланти. Болю після лікування я не відчувала, хоча маю низький больовий поріг, але залишилася чутливість зубів, яка, як очікується, пройде за 2-3 тижні.
Окрім того, хочу відзначити чудово організоване проживання. Нас поселили в прекрасному готелі, а щодня нас забирали комфортні машини в обидві сторони. Координатор Наталія завжди відповідала на будь-які запитання та була готова допомогти в будь-який час (здається, у прямому сенсі, адже, мабуть, люди, які працюють у цій клініці, ніколи не сплять! 😂).
Я щиро вдячна всій команді: лікарям, технікам, координатору, перекладачам, водіям та всім, хто створив це диво!
