Öncelikle tüm Tower Dental Clinic çalışanlarına iyi çalışmalar dilerim. Uzun sürecek diş tedavime başlayan hocam Beyza Özcan a ve asistanı Emine Çetinkaya ya güler yüzleri, işlemlerin her bir dakikasinda dahi ayrıntı vermeleri, sakinleştirmeye çalışmaları ve işlerini gerçekten iyi yaptıkları için kendilerine özellikle teşekkür etmek istedim.

Ich möchte der Zahnklinik meinen herzlichen Dank aussprechen! Ich bin mit der Behandlung dort äußerst zufrieden und möchte besonders Dr.Hakan Güney hervorheben. Er hat eine hervorragende Behandlung durchgeführt, war immer für mich da und hat mich bestens betreut. Auch Dr. Ertan Etomoglu, der Chirurg, hat sehr professionell gearbeitet, und ich war mit seiner Behandlung ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich lieb und freundlich. Alle Ärzte dort sind sehr aufmerksam, nehmen sich immer Zeit und fragen nach dem Wohlbefinden. Sie haben all meine Wünsche erfüllt, und ich habe mich jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt.❤️ Ich kann die Klinik nur weiterempfehlen! Я считаю себя самым вредным клиентом )) я выбирал из 5 клиник, это единственная клиника которая делала то что я запросил (материалы ,клея, именно те что я хочу ) так как перед тем как что-то делать я внимательно изучаю. Очень доволен докторами, особенно доктором Hakan (настоящий Док) мне уделили столько времени сколько нужно. Я хоть и говорил все время под руку и иногда мешал, потому как очень сильно переживал за результат. Но Hakan меня вытерпел и сделал то что я хотел . Отзыв честный и от души. As I mentioned in a previous comment, I am disappointed with this clinic and the quality of its work. But this time, I will include photos. Later, I will also upload the written conclusions from the doctors about the condition of my teeth. As I mentioned before, the work was done poorly: in one veneer, my real tooth is visible through it, in the other one – also, and the veneer itself is not completely made (or, more accurately, not painted over). When I saw this during the first fitting, I immediately said that it was horrible and I didn’t like it. They were too long, too thick, and looked awful. The doctors insisted that everything was fine and looked natural. I asked them to shorten them and make the shape more oval because they looked like sticks. I deeply regret not taking pictures at that moment – you would understand what I mean. After a few minutes, the doctor returned and said that they could shorten them and reduce the side tooth (I will attach a photo). I also asked her to fix the front tooth – to paint it over or somehow change it. That day, I was in complete shock and tears. Could my dream of having beautiful teeth, for which I saved money, turn into a tragedy? The next day (Friday), when they installed the veneers completely, I looked in the mirror and was in complete shock: my whole body trembled, and tears started to form. Did I really spend 7,000€ for THIS? The side tooth was so thinned out that my real tooth showed through. The front tooth was not fixed, and there was a dark spot on it. I had only one question: doesn’t a professional see that the tooth is showing through? Why didn’t they suggest an alternative – at least choose another shade? When I asked why there were stains on the front and side teeth, they told me, “Once we apply the glue and secure the veneer, nothing will show.” This somewhat reassured me, but still, I cried all day. Seven staff members stood in front of me and insisted that everything looked beautiful and natural. I tried to explain that it wasn’t natural and simply poorly done. But let’s understand this: in the clinic, colleagues will always defend each other and their work, no matter how bad it is. I had to sign papers saying that I “agreed” with their work. I signed them with tears in my eyes, realizing that no one was listening to me and that nothing would change. For four days after that, I couldn’t look at my teeth without crying. Before the veneers were placed, they showed me example photos of how they would look. We chose the color – I wanted white, but with a natural shade (not “Hollywood white”). But the result had nothing to do with that. When I returned to my country, I didn’t hear any compliments – only questions: – You paid so much money for this?! – You need to fix them! – Why did they make them so bad? This shattered my dream even more. I sent before, during, and after photos to another clinic, and they said, “You don’t need to be a doctor to see that the work is poorly done.” The doctor himself called me and explained that the problem is not just with the veneers – they ruined my real teeth so much that now I will have to find ways to fix everything. I was even more shocked. I wrote to the clinic, and they offered me to come back for them to fix the work. QUESTION TO YOU: Would you go back to a clinic where you understand they simply can’t do their job well? Would you trust doctors who don’t listen to you and claim everything is fine, even though you see it’s horrible? I wouldn’t. It’s like rereading a book, knowing the sad ending. If you don’t know how to do veneers, you won’t learn it in one day. I want to warn people who are planning to get veneers at this clinic. Please, don’t. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Money is earned hard. I worked very hard to save for my dream. But unfortunately, this dream only ruined my psychological state: due to the stress, I started having panic attacks and insomnia. There are clinics with real professionals for veneers. Don’t be fooled by advertising and sweet words. And one more thing – the clinic will always protect its reputation, and you will never be right. I will upload photos and the doctors’ conclusions after they are translated into three languages (Lithuanian, English, Russian). I am going to publish this information not only here, but also on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. I hope that other people who are dissatisfied with their work will speak up, and together we can protect future patients. P.S. I’m not even going to talk about hygiene. The lamps and chairs were not wiped down even once during the entire week. Why am I so sure? I noticed fingerprints on the lamp, and they stayed there the whole week. In my country, everything is disinfected after each patient.
