Uzun sürecek diş tedavime başlayan hocam Beyza Özcan a ve asistanı Emine Çetinkaya ya güler yüzleri, işlemlerin her bir dakikasinda dahi ayrıntı vermeleri, sakinleştirmeye çalışmaları ve işlerini gerçekten iyi yaptıkları için kendilerine özellikle teşekkür etmek istedim.

Er hat eine hervorragende Behandlung durchgeführt, war immer für mich da und hat mich bestens betreut. Auch Dr. Ertan Etomoglu, der Chirurg, hat sehr professionell gearbeitet, und ich war mit seiner Behandlung ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich lieb und freundlich. Alle Ärzte dort sind sehr aufmerksam, nehmen sich immer Zeit und fragen nach dem Wohlbefinden. Очень доволен докторами, особенно доктором Hakan (настоящий Док) мне уделили столько времени сколько нужно. Я хоть и говорил все время под руку и иногда мешал, потому как очень сильно переживал за результат. Но Hakan меня вытерпел и сделал то что я хотел . Отзыв честный и от души. As I mentioned in a previous comment, I am disappointed with this clinic and the quality of its work. But this time, I will include photos. Later, I will also upload the written conclusions from the doctors about the condition of my teeth. As I mentioned before, the work was done poorly: in one veneer, my real tooth is visible through it, in the other one – also, and the veneer itself is not completely made (or, more accurately, not painted over). When I saw this during the first fitting, I immediately said that it was horrible and I didn’t like it. They were too long, too thick, and looked awful. The doctors insisted that everything was fine and looked natural. I asked them to shorten them and make the shape more oval because they looked like sticks. I deeply regret not taking pictures at that moment – you would understand what I mean. After a few minutes, the doctor returned and said that they could shorten them and reduce the side tooth (I will attach a photo). I also asked her to fix the front tooth – to paint it over or somehow change it. That day, I was in complete shock and tears. Could my dream of having beautiful teeth, for which I saved money, turn into a tragedy? The next day (Friday), when they installed the veneers completely, I looked in the mirror and was in complete shock: my whole body trembled, and tears started to form. Did I really spend 7,000€ for THIS? The side tooth was so thinned out that my real tooth showed through. The front tooth was not fixed, and there was a dark spot on it. I had only one question: doesn’t a professional see that the tooth is showing through? Why didn’t they suggest an alternative – at least choose another shade? When I asked why there were stains on the front and side teeth, they told me, “Once we apply the glue and secure the veneer, nothing will show.” This somewhat reassured me, but still, I cried all day. Seven staff members stood in front of me and insisted that everything looked beautiful and natural. I tried to explain that it wasn’t natural and simply poorly done. But let’s understand this: in the clinic, colleagues will always defend each other and their work, no matter how bad it is. I had to sign papers saying that I “agreed” with their work. I signed them with tears in my eyes, realizing that no one was listening to me and that nothing would change. For four days after that, I couldn’t look at my teeth without crying. Before the veneers were placed, they showed me example photos of how they would look. We chose the color – I wanted white, but with a natural shade (not “Hollywood white”). But the result had nothing to do with that. When I returned to my country, I didn’t hear any compliments – only questions: – You paid so much money for this?! – You need to fix them! – Why did they make them so bad? This shattered my dream even more. I sent before, during, and after photos to another clinic, and they said, “You don’t need to be a doctor to see that the work is poorly done.” The doctor himself called me and explained that the problem is not just with the veneers – they ruined my real teeth so much that now I will have to find ways to fix everything. I was even more shocked. I wrote to the clinic, and they offered me to come back for them to fix the work. QUESTION TO YOU: Would you go back to a clinic where you understand they simply can’t do their job well? Would you trust doctors who don’t listen to you and claim everything is fine, even though you see it’s horrible? I wouldn’t. It’s like rereading a book, knowing the sad ending. If you don’t know how to do veneers, you won’t learn it in one day. I want to warn people who are planning to get veneers at this clinic. Please, don’t. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Money is earned hard. I worked very hard to save for my dream. But unfortunately, this dream only ruined my psychological state: due to the stress, I started having panic attacks and insomnia. There are clinics with real professionals for veneers. Don’t be fooled by advertising and sweet words. And one more thing – the clinic will always protect its reputation, and you will never be right. I am going to publish this information not only here, but also on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. I hope that other people who are dissatisfied with their work will speak up, and together we can protect future patients. P.S. I’m not even going to talk about hygiene. The lamps and chairs were not wiped down even once during the entire week. Why am I so sure? I noticed fingerprints on the lamp, and they stayed there the whole week. In my country, everything is disinfected after each patient.

Как здорово читать, что люди уходят из этой клиники довольными. Моя история была не такой. Я выбрал зубные виниры. После всех процедур состоялась первая примерка виниров. Сразу я увидел, что все было сделано неправильно. От размера, цвета до формы. Я попросил исправить недостатки. К сожалению, исправили только форму, но цвет и роспись виниров не были устранены. Более того, один винир был сточен настолько, что видно мой зуб, и они сказали, что это выглядит «естественно» (естественно? Коричневая пятно на зубе). Ух… хотя доктор сказал, что цвет изменится, когда они нанесут клей и приклеят винир. К сожалению, ничего не изменилось. Когда я увидел результат, я был просто измотан ложью о том, как все выглядит естественно и красиво, и ленивым подходом к правильному выполнению работы. Я оставил все как есть, и единственная мысль в моей голове была: «Почему никто меня не слышит?» Когда я вернулся домой, все мои друзья заметили, что результат совсем не красивый, и так называемый «естественный вид» скорее напоминал «вид разрушенного зуба изнутри». В заключение, конечно, в Стамбуле есть хорошие клиники, но не все специалисты в этой области одинаковы. На данный момент я измотан, страдаю от нервной бессонницы по ночам и откладываю деньги на новые зубы. Клиника, возможно, хороша в изготовлении зубных протезов, но точно не в создании красивого и гармоничного внешнего вида каждого отдельного зуба.

Am avut o experiență extraordinară cu Dr. Ertan Etemoğlu și întreaga echipă de la Tower Dental Clinic. La început, venisem pentru 12 implanturi, dar datorită evaluării detaliate și a profesionalismului medicului, am ajuns să am 16 implanturi. Deși inițial am avut unele nelămuriri și îndoieli, în special având în vedere complexitatea procedurii, întreaga echipă a fost extrem de atentă și m-a făcut să mă simt în siguranță pe tot parcursul tratamentului. Procedura de inserare a implanturilor a fost realizată într-o singură sesiune de câteva ore, iar Dr. Etemoğlu a lucrat cu o precizie și un profesionalism deosebit. De asemenea, vreau să mulțumesc întregii echipe, inclusiv doamnelor care au oferit ceaiuri și cafele, aducând un plus de confort în timpul vizitelor. La final, un alt medic a realizat ultima parte a tratamentului, punând coroanele de zirconiu, iar rezultatul a fost cu adevărat uimitor – dinții arată natural și se simt perfect funcționali. Deși au existat câteva neînțelegeri minore pe parcursul tratamentului, acestea au fost rapid rezolvate, iar în final, am avut o experiență impecabilă. Sunt extrem de mulțumit de rezultat și de modul în care întreaga echipă a lucrat împreună pentru a-mi oferi un zâmbet perfect. Mulțumesc întregii echipe și îmi doresc ca Dumnezeu să binecuvânteze toți angajații și familiile lor din această clinică pentru profesionalismul, răbdarea și grija de care au dat dovadă. Came to tower dental all the way from San Antonio Texas in the U.S. The estimated cost to what i had done here at Tower Dental would have cost me in excess of $45,000 US in the states, the same work completed here at Tower Dental was only $12,000 US. The staff and care i received was top notch, modern dental equipment, elegant office, and chauffeur services to and from for all my appointments including pick up and drop off for my flights. I highly recommend Tower Dental and have told all my family and friends of the great services and care i received. THANK YOU TOWER DENTAL!!!!!
