Merhaba 11 nisan 2025 tarihinde lokman hekim istanbul hastanesinde kıymetli hocamız Prf Dr Selahattin Vural bey tarafından ( genel cerrahi) çift taraflı kaşık ve sırtımdan yağ bezesi ameliyatı oldum.
Çok şükür iyiyim 10 gün oldu. Hocamız Selahattin beye , asistan Taha beye ve tüm hastane personeline şefkatli yaklaşımlarından ve yüzlerinden hiç eksik olmayan gülümsemelerinden ötürü çok teşekkür ederim. Allah razı olsun. Rabbım gülen yüzlerini soldurmasın.

14/04/2025 tarihinde hastanenin KBB bölümüne geldim. Veznede bulunan Simge hanım sayesinde de çok pratik bir şekilde işlemlerim yapıldı onayım alındı. Muayene sürecim o kadar hızlı ilerledi ki bu kadarını da beklemiyordum kendisinin pratik oluşu, güleryüzlü oluşu ve desteği için ne kadar teşekkür etsem az. Kendisine denk geldiğim için çok şanslıyım böyle güleryüzlü ve iş bitirici insanların olması ne kadar güzel. ilgi ve alakasından dolayı tekrardan simge hanıma teşekkür ederim.

Uzm Dr.Semih Keçici yaptığı ilk muayene sonrasında yapılan ve sonuçları hızlı şekilde alınan kan tahlilleri ve röntgen incelemesi sonucu Zatürre (Pnömoni) teşhisi ile 4. katta misafir edildim.8 gün süren tedavi sonrası antibiyotik almaya devam etmek koşuluyla taburcu oldum.Bu süreçte doğru kararlar vererek doğru tedavi yöntemini uygulayan Uzm Dr Semih Keçeci,67 Yaşında ve hiper tansiyon hastası olmam,Aort Anevrizmamın olması ve 3 adet stentimin olması gibi bir sürü ilave problemime rağmen doğru ilaçları,tedaviyi,diyet programını ,uygulayarak beni sağlığıma kavuşturdu kendisine müteşekkirim gerçekten muhteşem bir hekim. Tedavim süresince Dr Semih Keçeci ile uyum ve koordinasyon içinde çalışarak kısa sürede sağlığıma kavuşmamda çok önemli katkıları olan 4. 13.04 tarihinden annemin mide ağrısı şikayetiyle acil servisinize başvurduk. Vezne arkadaşların başında duran Leyla Hanım bizimle ve tüm hastalarla ve kendi ekip arkadaslarıyle iletişimyle güler yüzlülüğüyle oradaki karagasalığı yönetmesi çok hoşumuza gitti. Hep geliyoruz hiç bu şekilde kimse ayrı ilgilenmedi bizimle hemen şikayetinizi göre bizi dahiliye bölümüne yönlendirdi ve herkesi düzenli şekilde sıraya koyup tek tek ilgilendi bu sefer veznede ekstra bı sorumlu olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Her geldiğimizde eleman ekisigiyle karşılaştıyorduk çünkü. Bu şekilde bı sisteme geçtikleri için yöneticileri ayrıca takdir ediyorum. Çok memnun kaldık teşekkürler.

Мне нужно было исследовать и вырезать щитовидку, если исследования подтвердят это. Я должна была лететь в РФ, но не смогла. С помощью сайта Букмед я попросила подобрать мне подходящую больницу, и мне подобрали. Мне понравилось предложение от Lokman Hekim Istanbul — был предоставлен и отель, и палата, и все нужные исследования, и всё было организовано в сжатые сроки, но достаточные для лечения. Я решила выбрать Lokman Hekim Istanbul. Я очень рада, что сделала этот выбор.
Всё было очень чётко: нас встретили в аэропорту, привезли в гостиницу. Когда нужно было ехать в больницу, за нами приезжала машина. Везде, куда нам нужно было ехать по делам лечения, нас возили, даже в аптеки.
Когда мы приехали в больницу, меня осмотрел врач Alaattin Ozturk. Я рассказала о симптомах и уже проведённых анализах в РФ. Врач всё это изучил, направил сдать кровь и сделать УЗИ (за УЗИ заплатили сами, так как его не было в плане). Все анализы и УЗИ провели быстро. После этого доктор принял решение оперировать меня в этот же день. Мне было страшно, но уверенность доктора Alaattin Ozturk успокоила меня. Я поняла, что нахожусь в хороших руках и всё идёт правильно.
Также переводчик и координатор Ольга очень старалась помочь, была заботливой и «тёплой» в общении. Всё это помогло мне пережить стресс перед операцией, хотя я очень не хотела её делать.
Мы подождали в палате. В это время пришла медсестра и очень заботливо заранее поставила катетер. Для меня это огромная проблема: раньше катетер ставили уже в операционной, и это были ещё те муки — мне всегда искололи все руки, так как мои вены «прячутся». Но здесь медсестра поставила катетер так безболезненно, что я даже не поняла, что он уже стоит.
Примерно через час меня забрали в операционную. Доктор переводил мне, что со мной делают до операции, и ещё раз хочу сказать ему большое спасибо.
Я очень боялась, что у меня пропадёт голос, потому что часто задевают связки, но, когда я проснулась, всё было в порядке. Проснулась я легко. В первый же день после операции я вставала и чувствовала себя относительно отлично, если учесть, что мне провели операцию.
Сотрудники больницы были очень заботливы: измеряли давление и температуру, ставили обезболивающее. Я не чувствовала себя плохо.
Отдельно хочу рассказать про палату. Мы лежали вдвоём с мужем. Единственный минус — ему было сложно спать на кушетке. Но всё остальное было просто прекрасно. Я никогда не лежала в больнице так хорошо, а уж поверьте — опыт у меня большой =) Ванная как в хорошем отеле: отличный душ, я даже смогла его принять. Палата большая, с хорошим и разным освещением, с удобным столом. Всё было отлично, мне было очень комфортно.
У меня были ещё проблемы с циститом, и Ольга организовала мне приём у уролога. Он помог решить проблему. Мне бесплатно поставили катетером антибиотик и капельницу.
Когда нас выписали, нас свозили в аптеку, где мы могли всё купить. Потом моего мужа ещё возили на приём к хирургу, который пересаживает волосы, тоже бесплатно и тоже на машине.
С доктором я увиделась в последний день — он снял мне швы и попросил прислать анализы.
Я была очень рада, что именно он меня оперировал, и даже было грустно расставаться с Ольгой. Когда гистология была готова, выяснилось, что у меня был рак, и хорошо, что всё сделали вовремя.
Если у меня возникнут проблемы со здоровьем, я точно вернусь в эту больницу. Люди, которые там работают, с заботой относятся к пациентам и их родным.

I came to this clinic for gynecomastia surgery and honestly, I was shocked by the level of service I received — in the best possible way. It felt more like a vacation than a medical procedure.
Huge thanks to Olga, my coordinator and translator, who was absolutely amazing. She made everything so easy, always stayed in touch, and made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. Her support meant a lot.
The whole team was professional, the clinic was super clean and modern, and the results are great. I didn’t expect to feel this good so soon after surgery.

Kimse evladını durduk yere hastane ortamına sokmaz bu işlerden anlasak zaten doktora gitmeyiz. 10 buçuk aylık kızım kaç gündür hasta çocugumda farklı gelişen durumlar olduğu için kontrol sürecindeyken tekrar hülya hanıma gittim “”neden endişe ettiğimi dünyadaki bütün hastalıkların benim çocugumda olmayacağını böyle boş yere getirmemem gerektiğini ”” çok sert bir dille söyledi. Ama kızımın hastalığı ilerledi geniz akıntısı başladı ve ememiyor nefes alamıyor uyumuyor hırıltısı var dedim. Buna benim yapabilceğim bir şey yok dedi. burnunu temizleyecekmişim . Bilsem zaten yapardım. vaktimi ve paramı öyle bir doktora harcamazdım. Neden Orada oturuyor hasta bakıyor o zaman bende bunu soruyorum size ? Resmen kovmaktan beter etti bizi . Gerekli bütün yerlere şikayet edeceğim. Bir doktor olarak bu nasıl bir uslüp her hastasıyla böyle mi konuşuyor çok merak ediyorum. normalde biz her zaman Doktor Cavidan Kut’a muayane oluyoruz. Cavidan hocadan çok memnunuz asla bizi böyle karşılamıyor.Her sorunumuzu sakince dinliyor. Buradan ona çok teşekkür ederim. Ama doktorumuz olmadığı için mecbur hülya hanıma kaldık. Sırf muayane etmek için çocugumu muayane etti. Gel bir bakayım sırtına dedi ama jest ve mimikleri çok kötü bir şekilde söyledi.Lütfen ne gerekiyorsa yapılsın. Benim yaşadığımı evladı hasta olan bir anne baba yaşamasın.

Vom ersten Moment an wurde ich herzlich empfangen, und das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Besonders herausheben möchte ich meine Dolmetscherin Asu, die nicht nur unglaublich nett und kompetent war, sondern sich auch jederzeit mit viel Engagement und Geduld um mich gekümmert hat. Sie hat nicht nur professionell übersetzt, sondern war auch stets für mich da und hat mich rundum unterstützt. Es ist heutzutage leider selten, auf solch hervorragenden Service und so ein hohes Maß an Berufsengagement zu treffen.
Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber und gut ausgestattet, was mir während meines Aufenthalts sehr geholfen haben, mich wohlzufühlen.
