The time I spent in Inharmony was an incredible experience. The center is set in a beautiful area that adds to the calming atmosphere. The staff is highly professional, providing exceptional support that truly helped me connect with myself on a deeper level. I would like to share my experience at Inharmoni Rehab in Marbella. First of all I did not have any prior knowledge about rehab treatment so I was a little skeptical before arriving. But to my delight I was actually turned around quite fast. The treatment program is comprehensive and holistical. After 2,5 weeks I had noticed many really important changes : 1. Hope returned 2. I found tools to manage my problems 3. Physical changees like improved sleep and improved strength and stamina. 4. New friendships had arrived in my life not only with other participants but also with the staff. The staff is really friendly and understanding. They are all very experienced and understanding of your situation. 5. Not only that , the owner Besha actually takes the time to get to know all the participants and gives many important insights into how you can improve the situation even more. The staff also usually takes the time to show the participants around on inspiring tours. Some other positive experiences was of course the beautiful premises and the lovely food. In summary this was an life altering experience that will lead to long term changes. Most importantly I´m on the right path again.

I came to this center in complete despair, angry at everything and everyone overflowing with addiction to many different substances. I was hooked on benzodiazepines, opioids and different uppers such as cocaine or MDMA but most importantly I was slowly committing suicide and didn’t care about it, with my self worth being non-existent.
Having been to 3 clinics/ rehabs before coming to inner life, I was faced with the shortcomings of the rehab industry : the over-prescribing and over-diagnosis method. A method that nearly killed me. In the rehabs I was at before, their solution were trying to find new drugs to solve my drug problem, quite ironic when you think about it.
At inner-life, my journey began with a well-structured detox of every mind-altering non-essential medication, a crucial step in order to clear the complete fog that I lived in. A step which came with its difficulties and challenges but I understand now, is necessary in order to tackle the root of the problem. Once the fog cleared, there came the real battle and what the inner-life staff and its manager Steven really excel at . The care, understanding, patience and accompaniment they showed towards me is invaluable. I was a very difficult case and had been kicked out of 2 of the rehabs that I was in before, breaking the rules and testing the limits, as most of us addicts do when faced with rules.
The level of gratefulness I feel towards the team of inner life is incalculable. I am now over 8 months clean and sober and have lost the desire to use. I have my life back but more than that I have one that I could never have dreamed when I was in the grasp of addiction. I am opening a restaurant with my best friend, started my company and I am still in regular contact with the inner life team having created very powerful bonds for life.
If you struggle with addiction of any type, the inner-life team are experts in the matters, the staff are all addicts of some sort in recovery and that is also an essential aspect of the efficiency of their approach.

This oustanding luxurious rehab is a very extraordinary place. I have been in other rehabs in Marbella but the treatment and programme here are very special/ unique. The entire team from the medical staff, therapist, yoga instructor, personal trainer, chef and holistic therapist all have had a huge impact on my life whilst continuously making me feel safe and treating my individual needs. As part of the healing journey when you are feeling comfortable enough they take you out on excursions which are truly amazing.

I recently had a nearly 4 week stay at InHarmoni and had an amazing experience on so many different levels which have been invaluable to my own path of recovery and wellness.
The environment is beautiful, relaxed, safe and very welcoming. It has a very unique "home" like atmosphere to it, unlike many other recovery centres. The food and amenities are amazing, and the team organise Saturday excursions somewhere in the local area which were always very enjoyable - and theraputic!
Besha and her team are highly compassionate, understanding and professional. The processes on offer are multi-faceted, including physical activities, meditation and yoga, traditional clinical support and also opportunities to engage in more spiritual and holisitic processes.
I would recommend a stay here to anyone, no matter what the reason - from addiction issues, burn out, depression/anxiety and other challenging life/mental health issues. Or even if you just wanted a reset from the stresses of modern life! I didn't want to leave, and so I hope to return when I can!
