Hace casi 10 días tuve a mi bebé por cesárea en este Hospital. Estamos encantados con todo.
El equipo de quirófano fue no solo profesional sino muy cariñoso y atento: anestesista, matrona, médicos, pediatras, enfermeros, auxiliares, …
En especial, agradecer su maravilloso trato a mi doctor, el Dr. Raúl Espinoza, al que siempre agradeceré todo.
También a la matrona, Gemma Guilera, maravillosa, y a la
Pediatra Juli, tranquilizadora en quirófano en todo momento al hablarme de mi bebé.
El anestesista que me atendió, no recuerdo su nombre, pero sus palabras y cariño fueron dignos de recordar para siempre.
En planta también estuvimos genial: personal muy atento, con recomendaciones personales y una sonrisa.
En resumen, la maternidad de este Hospital, para recomendar.

Fui a HM Delfos, a servicio de Ginecología por primera vez.
Pésima atención en mostrador. Tuve q esperar media hora para que me recepcionaran… no te reciben ni con un Hola…Luego de recepcionarme, tuve que esperar una hora entera más… pregunté por qué no me llamaban, y me comentan que hubo un error, sin mucho más detalle ( asumo que me ingresaron mal en el sistema porque me habían tenido 10 minutos con la tarjeta y se notaba que algo no les salía)..nadie se disculpó y la atención médica posterior fue seca y breve. Sin duda, no volveré jamás.

La recepcionista de cirugía general y digestiva deja mucho que desear. No sólo es completamente grosera y mal educada, sino que hace preguntas desubicadas y lo que es peor, lejos de dar una solución, te quiere mandar a tu casa cuando tienes cita agendada. Tiene cero empatía por los pacientes y sus ganas de ayudar son inexistentes. Se nota que lleva ahí hace años siendo de esta manera y se siente muy segura de no perder su puesto. He querido poner reclamación y no había nadie en la oficina de atención al paciente. Nefasto se queda corto para esta experiencia.

El peor hospital. Un desastre administrativo. Citas que no son correctas. No informan de las pruebas a realizar. Te largan tras la intervencion sin decirte que hacer despues. Servicio enfermeria nocturno inexistente, que no se pasan ni para mirar si la via sigue en su sitio. Personal 50% amable 50% estupidos, como si yo supiera lo que tengo que hacer en cada paso. Para colmo el hospital NOU DELFOS es una parodia en si mismo....un laberinto mal etiquetado. Si no te mueres en el quirofano te mueres de hambre o de ansiedad buscando la consulta o la salida.

Fui operado recientemente en Delfos por el Dr. Mauricio Vargas y quiero agradecer sinceramente el trato recibido.
Todo el personal del quirófano fue increíble: profesionales, atentos y muy humanos. Me sentí acompañado y bien cuidado en todo momento, lo cual hizo que la experiencia fuera mucho más llevadera. ¡Gracias de corazón a todo el equipo!
