My experience at this hospital was 100% satisfactory. We arrived urgently on a Sunday night with a nephew who had an accident. From the first moment they received us in the emergency room, everyone was very friendly, they carried out studies, and the specialist arrived right there since it required surgery. Everything was impeccable, the room was very nice and the staff were all very attentive. I definitely recommend it.

We often go to this hospital for emergency services, previously for accidents, but this time it was for an emergency kidney stone. The care from the very beginning was very good, the specialist arrived very quickly and coordinated surgery as soon as possible. For this procedure I was hospitalized 3 times, the care was excellent, very spacious and comfortable rooms, everything very clean, the staff always very friendly, the nurses understood my pain and asked the doctor to review medications so I could have a better stay, when entering the operating room 3 times one is nervous but the staff that goes to the room for you made the journey pleasant, trying to calm you down before entering the operating room, the administrative and insurance area really give you very good attention, they have wtspp where communication is effective, I really recommend it a lot, it is a very peaceful hospital, without so much noise, for those of us who are resting in our rooms, I really appreciate the excellent service from doctors, operating rooms, nursing station, admissions, and above all the quality area who would ask if everything was okay with the service, Dr. Anaya was very aware of everything and his administrative team, the specialist Dr. Ornelas and his team were very professional, the food was very delicious in the room. I thank everyone for making my stay very comfortable.

Excellent hospital, and the emergency room doctors are superbly trained. My daughter is a returning patient, and they always treat us extremely well. Plus, her pediatrician has an office right there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

You walk in and they see the dollar sign! They charged me 1,500 for an "emergency" consultation in which they didn't prescribe anything, the specialist never arrived, I wanted to get a test done and the lab staff wasn't there either... but they are there to charge, and it's worth noting that the person SHEILA MAGDALENA is terrible at assisting, rude when answering and tried to hide her badge when I told her about my discomfort.
