Terminplanung ist grottenschlecht! Trotz telefonischer und schriftlicher Bestätigung drei Stunden warten ist unzumutbar! Zumal es nur um ein erstes Einführungsgespräch gehandelt hat! Schlechteres Terminmanagement habe ich noch nie erlebt!!

Hat durch falsche pflege und Vernachlässigung, Teller großen Dekubitus (Wundliegestellen) bekommen. Ist er fast dran gestorben. Das Ausländische Pflegepersonal ist sehr schlecht ausgebildet unsauber und faul. Dafür sind die Ärzte arrogant herablassend und selbstgefällig. Sehr sehr schmutziges Krankenhaus von intensiv, über Toiletten, bis Patientenzimmer. Ekelhaft im Milchviehbertieb ist mehr Hygiene und Sauberkeit. Bei Hygiene Kontrolle würden die so Durchfall.

Ich war in Behandlung auf Station C 4.
Als mir das Bett am Fenster zugewiesen wurde stellte ich am Koopfkissen, das noch unter der Plastikfolie lag Blutflecke fest. Das Kissen wurde dann von der "Gesundheits"-Pflegerin mit dem Kissen des anderen Bettes ausgetauscht.
An dem Fensterrahmen stellte ich Schimmel und Spak fest, obwohl gleich daneben ein Hinweis an die Wand abgebracht war, dass das Patientenzimmer immer gereinigt und hygenisch behandelt wird.
Aufgrund meiner o.a. Beschwerden wurde meine Therapie abgebrochen (Infusion) und wurde der Klinik verwiesen.
Ich habe hierzu einen Bericht an das Gesundheitsamt Hamburg geschickt, den ich hier gerne beigefügt hätte, dieses aber leider nicht möglich ist.

Ich hielt die Klinik St. Georg immer für ein wenig rückständig und nicht zu empfehlen. Seit ich aber dort notfallmäßig eine neue Herzklappe erhalten habe muss ich meine Meinung stark revidieren. Ich kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen und bin sehr zufrieden!!
Die Schwestern und die Ärzteschaft sind einwandfrei und sehr kompetent!
Auch das Essen/Speisenangebot ist dort sehr gut und lecker!!

Ich bin äußerst zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in der Klinik. Schon eine Woche vor der Operation hat mir Herr Dr. med. Graefe den gesamten Eingriff ausführlich erklärt. Am Tag der OP verlief alles reibungslos und zügig. Das Klinikpersonal war sehr freundlich und hat regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob ich etwas benötige oder mir etwas fehle.
Nach der Operation hatte ich kaum bis gar keine Schmerzen. Bei mir wurde die Nase operiert, da ich aufgrund einer Fehlstellung der Nase und der Nasenscheidewand erhebliche Atemprobleme hatte und diese nur durch Nasenspray kompensieren konnte. Bereits kurz nach dem Eingriff konnte ich erste positive Veränderungen feststellen. Eine Woche nach der OP hat Herr Dr. Graefe die Schienen entfernt. Ich war sowohl von der dezenten optischen Veränderung beeindruckt als auch von der deutlichen Verbesserung meiner Atmung.

Krankenschwester total unfreundlich und von oben herab.
Klagte über Kopfschmerzen nach einem Autounfall und Rückenschmerzen. Davon stand nichts im bericht. Ebenso nicht, dass der artzt meinte, ich hätte wahrscheinlich eine starke Knieprellung. Die toiletten sind schlimmer als die am Hbf.

Eine notwendige OP an der Schilddrüse führte mich in die AK Sankt Georg. Von den Vorgesprächen bis zur Entlassung
fühlte ich mich "an die Hand genommen" und rundherum bestens betreut. Alles ist sehr sauber, die Organisation ist einwandfrei und ich bin dankbar für die großartige an mir geleistete Arbeit.

Patientin fragt ob sie eine Flasche Wasser erhalten kann und bekommt als Antwort das sie sich es selbst holen kann da sie zuvor im Gang spaziert ist. Jedoch hatte sie sich vor schmerzen hingelegt und es auch so geschildert. Schwester blieb sturr und brachte dennoch kein Wasser ins Zimmer.

Mir wurden die Nebenhöhlen operiert, da sie chronisch entzündet waren. Es wurden u.a. diverse Polypen entfernt. Der Operateur hat es sogar hinbekommen dass es nicht sonderlich geblutet hat, somit brauchte ich keine Tamponaden. Ich war total zufrieden. Wirklich alles top organisiert von der Aufnahme bis zur Entlassung inkl. 2 Bett Zimmer für Kassenpatienten. Und alles picobello sauber.
Leute, habt ihr was mit nen Nebenhöhlen, geht nach St. Georg !!!
