Mój dziadek (Jan Socha) jest pod opieką Pana Doktora już 2 lata. Doktor Kulawik bardzo sympatyczny i utalentowany człowiek. Pełen zrozumienia, ponieważ zdarzyła się sytuacja, gdy dziadek nie zarejestrował numerku na dole, a i tak lekarz przyjął go na wizytę. Bardzo empatyczny
Lekarz wykonał u mnie wspólnie z zespołem obwodową resekcję trzustki, operacja była przeporowadzona laparoskopowo, udało się oszczędzić śledzionę, usunąć jak najmnieszy fragment ogona trzustki z guzem. Lekarz informował mnie na bierząco o moim stanie zdrowia
