Özel Lokman Hekim Pendik şubesindeki hastaneye 20 Mart 2025'te Dahiliye Bölümü Doktor f... Ç. Ya Muayene oldum Bir haftadır bağırsağınla ilgili bir problem yaşadığımı belirttiğim halde bunu 4-5 ay önce varmış gibi lanse edip özel sağlık sigortamı iptal ettirdi ve konuyu özel sağlık sigortası ile görüştüğümde Doktorunuz yanlış yazdığını ve konu hakkında doktorunuzun düzeltmesini söylediği halde doktorum ya ısrarla Yalan beyanları yazıp hastaların bilerek Özel Sağlık sigortasını iptal ettirmeye çalışıyor Sakın ola ben bu durumu yaşadım Siz de yaşamayın özel Lokman Hekim Pendik hastanesine Sakın gitmeyin
Kurtköy Lokman Hekim Dahiliye doktorlarından Fatma çalka bayan Kontrol için 9.15 te gelmeme rağmen benden sonra gelenleri içeriye almış olup ağrılarımla beni 45 dakika bekletmiştir. Kontrol için geldiğim saate sistemden bakılabilir. 10 dakika da asistanı kahve almaya gittiği için rapor yazmayı asistanı bildiği için bekledik. Lokman Hekim tercih etmemin sebebi bekletilmemek için. Bu kadar beklemeyi devlet hastanesinde yaptığı düşünülürse kurum olarak farkınızı siz söyleyin. Şikayetimi farklı yerlere de yapacağım. Yazıklar olsun!
Gerçekten çok kötü bir deneyimdi, halsiz bir şekilde gittim boğaz ağrısıyla ve asla ilgilenmedi. Basit ilaçlar yazarak beni göndermek istedi. Serum istedim kendinin gerek görmediğini söyleyerek sürekli bahane sundu. En sonunda serumu reçeteye yazmasını dışarıda taktırmak istediğimi söyledim güç bela, kendisi Avil bile yazmamış ve ben alerjik bünyeyim. Bir doktor olarak sorması gerekenleri asla yerine getirmedi. Kesinlikle önermiyorum.
Doktor hanıma kusma ve ishal şikayeti ile gittim, halsizlik ve hafif bulantı da vardı. Benden Gaita testi ve kan tahlili istedi. Gaita numunesini veremedim, midem iyi degildi, kan tahlilini verdim. Gaita testini yarın yapabileceğimi söyledim ve yarın gelir sonucu konuşuruz dedim, kan tahliline bakalım dedi, kan sonucuna göre de ilaç yazdı. O zaman niyet gaita testi istiyorsunuz kan tahlili yeterli olacaksa. Serum istedim, gerek görmedi. Ayrıca rapor konusunda da cimri, pazarlık konusuna çeviriyor. Ben pek memnun kalmadım, tavsiye etmiyorum.
Bugün kurtköyde bulunan Lokman Hekim hastanesine gittim. Uzm. Dr. Fatma ÇALKA isimli doktora muayene oldum. Gerçekten halsiz ve hastayım hiçbir soru sorulmadan sadece boğazıma baktı ve bana antibiyotik yazdı. Serum rica ettim, gerek olmadığını baskılayıp durdu. Düzenli bir ilaç kullanıp kullanmadığımı bile sormadı, tek amacı antibiyotik yazıp yollamakmış gibi davrandı. Tekrardan serum rica ettim, reçeteye yazıyorum dışarıda yaptırırsın dedi. Özel bir hastaneye geliyorum ve gördüğüm muamele beni gerçekten üzdü zaten hasta ve halsiz bir şekilde bu şekilde davranılması çok kötü. En son eczaneye gittim oradaki eczacı bile şaşırdı , alerjim olup olmadığımı sordu, Alerjik bir bünyem var dedim. Doktor Fatma Çalka bana bunu bile sormadan ilgisiz davranmış. Avil bile yazmamış. Gerçekten sizinle ilgilenen iyi doktorlara gidin bu şekilde sadece sizden para almak için bir antibiyotik yazan doktorlara değil.
