Con el Doctor Tubella y su enfermera siento que ha fallado la comunicación y la empatia. Creo que no me explicó los detalles de la compra y administración de la vacuna que me prescribió para la alergia, como era necesario. En la farmacia tampoco supieron explicármelo y me dijeron que debia de haberlo hecho él. Cuando vi el coste elevado de la vacuna desconocia para cuanto tiempo era y por lo tanto llamé para preguntar, pero me he sentido atendida con poca empatia y comprensión.

El Dr. Tubella lleva a mi hija desde hace varios años y gracias a sus recomendaciones y tratamientos la salud de mi hija ha evolucionado positivamente pudiendo llevar una vida normal. Siempre ha tenido un trato afable y nos ha explicado siempre con detalle todos los datos médicos y riesgos. Se agradecen médicos así que no te tratan como una mera mercancía y ponen por delante la salud del paciente que aunque suene raro no es lo común.

Llamé a la Clínica en Villaroel 172 y pregunté específicamente si me harían el test cutáneo de alergias en la primera visita o en la segunda (para ahorrar tiempo y si era posible, evitar perder dos días de trabajo). Me dijeron que me lo harían sin problema, tomaron mis datos y mi mutua privada. Al llegar a la consulta, el médico me pregunta que por qué soy de Asisa ya que es muy mala compañía, que no me hace el test cutáneo ya que a él Asisa no le paga nada por hacerlo (todo esto mientras me enseña un papel donde pone las tarifas de asisa). Me pregunta si yo trabajaría de gratis a lo que le respondo que obviamente no, pero lo que tampoco haría es aceptar citas de Asisa sabiendo que no me va a hacer la prueba, sólo para que pase la targeta y cobrar por hacer nada, haciendo perder el tiempo a la gente. También añadió que la secretaria que atiende el teléfono no tiene por qué saber que a los de Asisa no se les hace el test cutaneo ¿Y entonces a quién tendría que haber llamado para informarme? Lamentable que este señor esté anunciado en la guía de Asisa como alergólogo y sr niegue a hacer test cutaneo porque "no me pagan nada". Pues yo sí he pagado por esa visita, no se anuncie en un libro si no ofrece el servicio. Lejos de disculparse por el error de su administrativa (con la que repito hablé y pregunté especificamente si me harían el TEST CUTANEO) y ofrecerse a hacerme el test, sigue con el discurso haciéndose la víctima y culpando a Asisa por no pagarle los tests cutaneos. Ahí se demuestra la humanidad y las motivaciones de cada persona. Lamentable, un CERO.
