Really happy I chose Sk:n for my laser hair removal, I've been going for a few months now and every time I've felt welcome, it's a really friendly atmosphere and the staff are super helpful and accommodating! From entering the clinic to leaving, the staff couldn't have been nicer. Everything was explained about the procedure and I felt reassured. First time getting laser treatment and I have always seen Julie. She is the loveliest lady, she makes you feel super comfortable, super chatty and makes the experience relaxing. Very knowledgeable with any questions you have. Wouldn’t go to anyone else! The treatment has worked well, my hair growth has reduced by over 60% with another session left to go, barely ever have to shave now which is what I wanted. Highly recommend

Jenny is a delight to have as consultant, she is so warm, friendly, knowledgeable and gives real honest advice. This is the first time I have invested in my skin at a proper clinic and was a bit nervous as to what to expect, but am so pleased I have started this journey and that I am with a consultant that I know will look after me and give me the results I need over time. I was made feel so welcome by all the staff at the clinic on each visit, they are a lovely bunch of girls. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone 10/10.

I met Becky in Skin Clinic in Albert square. She was patient, approachable and professional. She was so respectful and still treated me eventhough I had booked the incorrect time slot. Thank you I have been going to Destination Skin for years. The clinic later changed name to Skin and the staff remained mainly unchanged. The staff at this clinic are lovely, very professional and have helped transform my skin over the past year. Just turned up for my appointment at Albert square only to find the doors locked and no notice at all. Only after calling, it said they have "ceased all trading" and to visit the website. There is no other information or contact available or email... I have paid a lot of money for my treatments and they were going great with Jenny (who was fantastic). I am extremely disappointed and expect a full refund given I was promised a service after paying and I am no longer receiving due to the company ceasing trading.
