I can’t thank Gerard Lambe at Reflect Clinic enough for my wonderful new boobs! I had been toying with the idea of breast augmentation for years and at 25 years of age (size 32A), I decided to start my journey to bigger boobs. As a perfectionist myself I did a huge amount of research around potential surgeons, what to expect, sizes and shapes. It quickly became clear that Gerard is renowned for his work and there are many excellent reviews from women who are completely over the moon with the end result. Being from Manchester myself it made perfect sense to enquire with Reflect Clinic and arrange a consultation. I submitted a form online but a few days later thought it would be best to call and speak to his personal assistant Jayne who is a wonderful woman, so warm and incredibly welcoming! Jayne answered all my initial queries and booked me in for a consultation with Mr Lambe. The consultation was everything I could have wanted and more! From the initial introductions I felt completely at ease with him. I brought my parents along for support and he was very welcoming of that. I had lots and lots of questions and looking back I don’t think I stopped talking! I’d like to thank Mr Lambe for his patience and for answering everything informatively and genuinely. There are so many options in regards to size, shape and profile that it can be a little overwhelming when making the final decision. I requested for a natural look that suited my frame. Mr Lambe examined me and took some pictures for the 3D Crisalix goggles where you can see what different sizes and shapes would look like. This was very informative being able to see the difference as you transition from a smaller to a larger size. The consultation lasted approximately 1 hour and during this time I didn’t feel rushed at all. Following the consultation i spoke with Jayne regarding potential dates. I knew 100% I wanted Mr Lambe as my surgeon and with Spring coming I was keen to get a date booked in for as soon as possible. Jayne was incredibly attentive and understanding of this and I can’t thank her enough for making the necessary arrangements for me to have the procedure done sooner than expected. I had a second consultation with Mr Lambe to agree on size and shape followed by a pre-op assessment on the same day. On the day of the procedure I checked into Spire and was escorted up to my own private room. I was given a menu to select my dinner choices and honestly felt like I was in a hotel! I was visited by the nurse looking after me, the anaesthetist and lastly by Mr Lambe himself about an hour before the surgery. I was fully informed of the process and because of this and the level of upfront care I received I felt at ease. When I came round from the procedure the doctors and nurses down in surgery made sure the pain was under control prior to taking me back up to my room. Following surgery the nurses were incredibly attentive and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I had a visit from Mr Lambe the morning after surgery to check on me. He was happy with the boobs already and informed me again of the aftercare. I rested at home for a couple of weeks, followed Mr Lambe’s advise and was up walking and doing more things for myself after about a week of rest. I knew Mr Lambe and Jayne were only on the other end of the phone should I need them. After 2 weeks I visited Spire for my dressings to be removed, and a week later met with Mr Lambe for a check up. I’m 6 weeks post operation and so so happy with the results. They are everything I wanted; they have given me so much more confidence and honestly changed my life! Looking back the whole process was a breeze an that’s thanks to the genuine nature and real talent of Mr Lambe, his wonderful PA Jayne and the outstanding quality of Spire Hospital. I will be forever grateful for the happiness you have brought me, and I cannot recommend Reflect Clinic enough.

My breast surgery with Dr Lambe was fautless. after considering breast augmentation for over 10 years I did lots of research. Dr Lambe and Jayne were amazing from.start to finish and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The day of procedure was A class in at 1pm and home after tea time. only regret is not seeing you sooner!!!!

I’m just approaching 3 weeks post surgery for a tummy tuck, breast reduction and Lipo. I truly cannot put into words what Mr Lambe has done for me. I have suffered from large breasts my entire adult life and they were physically becoming quite unbearable. I decided that seen as I was been ‘put under’ for my reduction I might as well have my tummy done at the same time, meaning one period of down time. I had 2 consultations with Mr Lambe Pre surgery where he covered all I asked and more. At no point did I feel pressurised but what I was impressed with was he was realistic as to what my results would be ( my breasts were not straight forward!). Mr Lambe listened, he understood why I wanted this, he, quite simply put, cared. The date was set and then the lovely, fantastic Jayne came into her own. The day before surgery she rang and she put all my nerves at ease. She is one of the nicest people to talk to and we covered so much and more!! Surgery came and went... Mr Lambe came and visited me both mornings following surgery explaining how it went etc etc. Again though, it was his bedside manner that absolutely astounded me.. he genuinely cared. He helped me sit up ( something so very small but Mr Lambe noticed I was struggling and just did it). The results are beyond my expectations, the aftercare has been amazing with Jayne messaging me daily to check how I am. I’ve seen Mr Lambe for 2 aftercare appointments since been discharged. I had to have a scan at one appointment due to some pain I was having and Mr Lambe even came into my scan and held my hand to reassure me everything was ok ( which of course it was!). So Mr Lambe ,thank you. Thank you for giving me my body back, saying thank you just doesn’t seem enough!! And Jayne thank you for the constant support. Without any doubt whatsoever I highly, highly recommend Mr Lambe. I actually feel privileged that he was my surgeon xx

I was recommended to visit Mr Lambe when I decided to have a breast enlargement, he was extremely thorough in my consultation and asked to see me again before we went ahead with the surgery to ensure I was completely happy to go through with it. He uses 3D goggles which give you a really good idea how you will look with different sizes. I am currently 10 days post op and I am delighted with my results! They look so natural (which was very important to me) I am so happy now when I look in the mirror! Mr Lambe is such a professional and a perfectionist which is clear in his amazing work! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my body. I would recommend him to anybody, you will be in very safe hands. Fantastic, life changing (in a good way) experience. I saw Mr Lambe at the Spire Cheshire hospital, he immediately put me at my ease, answered all my questions and explained the pros and cons of my surgery really clearly. Now 8 weeks post surgery I am delighted with my results and cannot thank him enough.
