Muhtar mursalli uzman diye götürdüğü dr .. kardeşim yaşadıklarını ağlayarak ve büyük bir üzüntüyle anlattı. Kendisini tanıyan biri olarak, yalan söylemeyeceğini ve herhangi bir saygısızlıkta bulunmayacağını çok iyi bilirim. Çocuğunu iyileştirme niyetiyle götürdüğü bir yerde, böyle bir durumla karşılaşması gerçekten bizi çok üzdü. Yaşadığı olumsuz deneyimi paylaşması tamamen haklı bir tepkiydi. Çocuğun Küfür ettiği yönündeki iddia ise kesinlikle gerçeği yansıtmıyor.
Ayrıca, kardeşimin ödediği ücretin iadesiyle ilgili de hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olunmadı. Mağduriyetimizin giderilmesini istiyoruz.

NP İstanbul Beyin Hastanesi'ne 10 yaşındaki oğlumu götürdüm. Muhtar Mursallı isimli doktor, oğluma çok sert davrandı ve sürekli ikaz ederek azarladı. 'Sen disleksi hastasısın, unutuyorsun, kaç kere uyardım seni, bana sen değil siz diyeceksin' dedi. Bununla da yetinmeyip, 'Sen hatta sen git dışarıda bekle' diyerek oğlumu odadan kovdu. Çocuklarla iletişim kurmayı bilmeyen bir doktorun diploması ne olursa olsun benim nezdimde geçersizdir. Çocuğumdan önce böyle bir doktorun tedaviye ihtiyacı var bence. Çocuğum eve gelince, 'Anne, ben oraya bir daha gitmeyeceğim' dedi. Çocuğumun yaşadığı travmaya mı yanayım, giden 5000 TL'ye mi? Oradan şiddetle uzaklaşın derim.

Girizgahı nasıl yapmalı acaba diye düşünüyorum? Herkesin en çok merak ettiği konu, yapılan yorumlar gerçeği ne kadar yansıtıyor hususu olsa gerek. 3 hafta önce almış olduğum hizmeti baştan sona kadar kısaca özetlemeye çalışacağım. inanıyorum ki sizler de hakikate çok daha iyi vakıf olacak ve daha rahat karar vereceksiniz. Randevum oluşturulurken yardımcı olan Selda hanım son derece hoşgörülü ve empatik idi. Ancak sonrasında okumuş olduğum yorumlar beni o kadar ürkütmüştü ki Nevzat TARHAN hocamın hatırı olmasa neredeyse hastaneye gitmekten vazgeçecektim. Lakin birebir müşahade etmek için randevuma gününde ve saatinde gittim. Hemen girişte vale beni gayet saygılı bir halde karşıladı, arabamı alıp uygun yere parketti. Ön yargıyla dolu "tabiki saygılı olacak, bakalım benden ne kadar para isteyecek" diye düşünerek içeri girdim. Hastane girişinde üstümüz arandı, dedektörden geçirildik. Kendi kendime "Bu kontrolün böyle detaylıca yapılması ne güzel, sonuçta burası psikotik hastaların da bulunduğu bir hastane, kontrol biraz gevşetilse ne feci sonuçları olurdu" diye düşündüm. Bizlere hemen bayan personel eşlik etti ve randevu-kayıt bölümüne götürdü, sanki biraz rahatlamıştım. Oradan ilgili kata randevu aldığımız Dr Elshad beyin polikliniğine götürüldük. Muayene öncesi ödeme yaptık, ödemeyi kart yada peşin yapmanın farketmediğini bizzat sorarak öğrendim. Fiyatlar abartıldığı kadar da değildi ve cüzi bir indirim de sağlandı. Neticede burası bir özel sağlık merkezi ve bence kalite ucuza satın alınmazdı. Etrafı kolaçan ettim, hemen her yerde oturacak boş masalar vardı ve işimiz akşama kadar sürmesine rağmen hiç ama hiç ayakta kalmadık. Küçük oğlum ve eşimle birlikte gitmiştik. Oğlum çocuk oyun parkında keyfince oynadı, o kattaki kızlar çok ilgili ve mütebessimdi. Muayenemizi olduk, Dr Elsah beyden de çok mennun kaldık. Bir sürü testler (EEG, MR ve adını bilemediğim pekçok psikoanaliz testler) istendi. Testlerin ücreti elbette çok ucuz değildi ama ne yalan söyleleyim, ülkemin hiçbir sağlık merkezinde bu kadar detaylı ve bu kadar profesyonel yaklaşımla karşılaşmadım. MR çekilir 6 ay sonra rapor edilir, EEG çekilir birkaç ay sonra değerlendirilir. Aynı gün tüm testler işin ehli uzmanlar tarafından dikkatlice değerlendirildi ve rapor edildi. EEG çeken hanımefendi çok kibar ve güleryüzlüydü, psikolojik testleri uygulayan tüm sağlık personeli sabırlı ve itinalıydı. EEG çekimi kısa sürdü ve saçıma sıkılan jel için beni kuaföre götürüp saçlarımı yıkattılar. Bunca testin istenmesi enaz yanılma payıyla teşhisin konulması amacı taşıdığını anladım. "Bu kadar tetkike ve bunca masrafa ne gerek var, verin ilacımı gideyim" diye düşünebilirdim. Ancak bu yaklaşım işini layıkıyla yapan bunca saygıdeğer hekime karşı, hem ukalalık hem de haksızlık olurdu. Akşama kadar işimiz sürdüğünden kafeteryadan da sipariş verdik, fiyatlar son derece makul geldi bize. Ayrıca hastane içinde lavabo-abdestalma yeri ve hem bay hem de bayan ibadethane mevcuttu. Başka bir yer aramaya gerek kalmadan hastane içinde hem tetkik ve tedavimizi hem de ibadetlerimizi gerçekleştirdik. Her namazdan sonra da hem kendimize ve diğer hastalara, hemde bugüzelhizmete vesile olan herkese dua ettik. Akşamüstü hastaneden ayrılırken Vale sonderece titiz şekilde arabamı ayağıma kadar getirdi ve "hastanemize ilk kez gelen misafirlerimizden otopark ücreti almıyoruz" sürprizini yaptı. Son olarak eklemek isterim ki, yapılan yorumlar neredeyse bizi bu güzel hizmeti almaktan ve şifaya kavuşmaktan alıkoyuyordu. Duygu-durum bozukluğu içinde yorum yapanları ayrı tutarak diyorum ki lütfen yorumlarımızı daha insaflı ve daha izanlı yapalım. zira haksız yorumlar, şifaya muhtaç nice insanın son derece etik ve değerli bu tedaviden uzak kalmasına vesile olabilir. Başta Nevzat TARHAN hocam olmak üzere emeği geçen herkese minnet dolu şükranlarımı sunuyorum. İyi ki varsınız.Allah hepinizden razı olsun. Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederim.
