I'm very fortunate to have dealt with Aquaclinic.
Dr. Hakkan and Berry treated me as a member of family, they looked after me, cared for me, and always asked if there was anything else they could help me with. Due to the lack of appropriate services and support in my native country, I sought a viable alternative. Bookimed recommended Aqua Health, in particular Professor Baris Nuhoglu, to perform gender reassignment surgery.
After an initial consultation online with the professor, I forwarded relevant information specific to my particular needs and wants. I then arranged an appropriate date and time to visit Istanbul for the procedure. I was picked up from the airport and placed in a lovely hotel for one night then I spent three nights in the hospital, where the staff were friendly, welcoming and supportive. In particular, Fatima, a daytime healthcare assistant, was extremely attentive and always had a smile on her face. This helped to make me feel more comfortable and relaxed. She was a real angel. Professor Baris, an incredibly personable yet unassuming gentleman, was always on hand to answer any questions and incredibly professional in attitude and approach.
In addition, Dr. Hakan Hoser and his wife, Beritan Hoser, were extremely helpful, not least in terms of translation and reducing anxiety and concern. They even provided transport to and from the hospital and airport. Throughout the whole process, there has been fluid and efficient communication by Bookimed, Aqua Health and Mr. and Mrs. Hoser.
Overall, I have been extremely satisfied and happy, not only with the procedure, but also with the very professional, supportive and respectful approach provided.

This is so hard to review here because of the operation (sex reassignment surgery). I have doubts but Dr. Baris talked and relieved my concerns I am very thankful for him. Hotel Melas was an excellent hotel and over-expectations. The surgery went well hopefully and after Dr. Baris also took care of post-op care. I have now a second life thanks very much
