16 Nisan 2024 tarihinde hastanenizde çift taraflı fıtık ameliyatı geçirdim. Rahatsızlığımın gerek öncesinde, gerek ameliyatımda gerekte sonrasında Cenk Ersavaş hocam gerçekten mükemmel bir hasta doktor ilişkisi yaşatarak bizlere çok yardımcı oldu. Kendisine teşekkürü bir borç bilirim. Ancak geçmiştede burada ameliyat olmuş ve memnun kalmış biri olarak hastaneniz için aynı düşüncelere sahip değilim. Maalesef hizmetlerinizde gerileme mevcut. Ameliyat günü kaldığım 2805 numaralı odada klima akıntısına maruz kalmış küf ve kararma mevcuttu. Klimanın çalıştırılması ardından maalesef taburcu olduğum günün akşamı 38,5 ateşlendim ve sabahı hastaneye geri döndüm. ( klimaya bağlımı bilemem) ama ameliyat günü çalıştırılınca herkesi rahatsız eden bir öksürmeye sebep oldu.
Ayrıca kolumda mantara ve arıya karşı alerjim olduğunu belli eden barkot ve hemen herkesede alerjimi ifade etmeme rağmen akşam yemeğinde tarafıma “mantar çorbası” geldi. Alt batın ameliyatı olmuş birine o bölgesinde ağrılara sebep olabilecek bir çorbayı vermeniz felaketle sonuçlanabilirdi. Muhtemelen ameliyat komplikasyonu sanılarak ameliyata bile alınabilirdim, eşimin dikkati sayesinde içmedim. İlk önce yemeği getirenler dirensede sonradan hatalarını kabul edip çorbayı değiştirdiler ama haliyle ağzıma daha birşey koymadım. Ayrıca oda ve tuvalet temizliği yapılmamaktadır. Sadece odaya girişte temiz bulmak yetmez. Gün içinde gelen ziyaretçiler odayı kirletmektedir. Çıkışta dağ gibi çöpün arasından ayrıldık.
Bir önemli sorununuzda personelinizin hepsi olmasada büyük bir kısmı işlerini yaparlarken her ara boşlukta internete bakmaktadırlar. En son eşim sabaha karşı “her boşalan serumu size ben mi söylemek zorundayım” demek durumunda kaldı. Hastanede tedavi sadece görev yapmakla olmaz ilgi alakada gerektirir. Bu konuda internetimi kısarsınız cep telefonu kullanımını mı yasaklarsınız bilemem, ancak bir hastanın canı yanmadan önlem almanızı tavsiye ederim.

If you value your health, avoid this hospital! I brought my father on 04 APR 2025 for removal of 2 teeth, one was shaking, another was broken. I filled in the form writing this, we made X-ray. On 11 APR we went back to have these teeth removed. Our doctor was present in the room, completely refusing to do anything and asking us to explain to the surgeon and show which teeth needed to be removed. He left in 10 seconds after we entered the room. I still do not understand why we filled in the form or made X-ray if both doctors completely ignore this. So the surgeon removed the wrong tooth (instead of the broken one) which we noticed later on. We paid almost 13,000 TL for this butcher style service. I have been trying to reach the hospital since 11 APR with my complaint but nobody answers or cares. There was also a Russian speaking coordinator who contacted me and promised to help, but then vanished on me. I have asked for a refund to go to a more competent hospital, but of course the hospital does not reply to me. My 75 year old father keeps suffering from 11 APR and is deeply disappointed that he has a healthy tooth removed instead of the broken one. How the doctors cannot see a broken tooth I do not know, they must be blind or whatever.
Refund me the money, butchers!!!

Yaklaşık 3 ay önce memorial Ataşehir hastanesinde Güldehan Atış hocaya muayene oldum . Sonrasında verdiği ilaçların etki edip etmediğini öğrenmek için hem hocaya yazdım hem dahilisini aradım hocanın asiatanı ilede konuştum.
Bir hastanın doktoruna ulaşamaması tem anlamıyla rezalet ..ne bir dönüş yapıldı ve ilgilenen oldu ..
Bir hafta kadar sonra yeniden randevu almak için memorial çağrı merkezini aradığımda bayram öncesi randevuların dolu olduğunu bayramdan sonrası için dönüş yapacaklarını söylediler .
Bizim sadece bu platformlardan derdimizi anlatabildiğimiz için başta Güldehan Atış ı sonrasında hastane yönetimi ve hastane müdürünü böyle marka değeri olan bi hastaneyi bu duruma düşürdükleri için kınıyorum ..
Bütün telefon görüşmelerinin kayıt altına alındığı söylendi hastane yönetimi özellikle genel müdürlük bu durumu tespit edebilir diye düşünüyorum..
Asla tavsiye etmeyeceğim bir hastane özellikle Ataşehir Memorial ..

Memorial Ataşehir Hastanesi dermatoloji bölümünde yaşadığım deneyim ne yazık ki hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Allianz Karma özel sağlık sigortam aktif olmasına rağmen, doktorun sistemde yaptığı bir not yüzünden işlemim sigorta kapsamı dışında kaldı. Bu durum bana öncesinde belirtilmedi, sonrasında da net bir açıklama yapılmadı. Süreci kendi çabamla öğrenmek zorunda kaldım.
Sigortamın normalde karşılayacağı bir işlem için cepten ödeme yapmak zorunda kalmak hem maddi olarak beni zorladı hem de hastaneye olan güvenimi sarstı. Bu yaşananlardan sonra tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum. Umarım benzer durumlar başka hastaların da başına gelmez.

Gastroenteroloji bankosu rezalet. Yaklaşık bir aydır epikriz raporu istiyorum, ne gelen var ne giden. Aslında sağlık sigortamın hasta katkı payını da karşılayabileceğini söylemedikleri için de endoskopiye dünya bir hasta katkı payı ödedim, buna rağmen bir raporu gönderemediler. Tedavim devam ettiği için mecburen gideceğim ama hastanenin başka bir birimini asla deneyimlemek istemem.
