I had my hair transplant 1 week ago with Medart. Overall it was a very good experience. The team, the doctor, and everyone were very professional and friendly. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and procedure. The team explained the procedure to me well, communicated to me throughout the procedure, and made sure I was doing okay the entire time. The transportation process was very easy as well. am 61 yrs old male and my hair transplant fascination journey started when I started to lose my hair 10 yrs ago.
I used finesteride and minoxidil like everyone else but I knew it was not a long term solution for me. I knew I needed a hair transplant.
So few years ago I started to consider choosing the right hair clinic to have my procedure at. I managed to narrow it down to 4 clinics in Istanbul and I decide to choose Medart.
The reason I chose Medart is because of their honest marketing, online feedback and people's positive comments.
Medart certainly was not the dearest nor the cheapest clinic but I believed they offered good value proposition for my budget.
I Knew the procedure was not going to be done entirely by the doctor and I was ok with this.
Rose from Medart was great. She was my WhatsApp contact and was extremely helpful and always kept in touch with me and answered all my questions . Fantastic PR person.
Few days before the procedure my wife and I got picked from the airport and were taken to a wonderful 5 star hotel. We decided to visit Istanbul and do a bit of site seeing before the procedure.
On the day of the procedure we were picked up from the hotel and taken to the clinic which was literally around the corner from the hotel. We met Rose and the team . I was impressed with the cleanliness of the clinic and the team friendly manner.
I had 4600 graft implanted and the entire procedure took approximately 8.5 hrs. I have to admit the administration of the anaesthetic was extremely painfully but luckily it only lasted for about 4-5 minutes( thank god).
9 months after my hair transplant, I am extremely happy with my new head of hair. Although it hasn’t been without few issues along the way. Unfortunately, I suffered from folliculitis for a while but thankfully it went away with antibiotic cream. Thanks to the ongoing communication with Rose.
My only criticism is for the technicians while performing the implanting procedure is to tone down their constant giggles and chatter while implanting the grafts. I have to say it was annoying and a bit disrespectful.
In conclusion I definitely would recommend Medart clinic for anyone who is considering having a hair transplant.

Really good service and treated well from start to finish. It’s now been 5 months and my hair line has been restored and that is only 40 percent of final result. Sarah and the team looked after me really well and highly recommend MedArt. The procedure itself took about 6 hours for 3100 grafts. It took about 3 to 4 months ( totally normal) for results to come through then it all. Urst into life and going from strength to strength . I also made friends with others who had operation at same time and they also happy with results. It was daunting at first and I did wonder whether it was all worth it (sleeping upright for 10

I had a fantastic experience at Medart Clinic in Istanbul. Not only was the procedure itself smooth and almost painless (only the anesthesia stung a bit, which is normal), but the post-op care was exceptional. I stayed in a hotel just 2 minutes from the clinic, which saved me time and stress. The driver was very polite and drove me to and from the clinic every day, even for such a short distance.
Special thanks to Rose – she’s incredibly professional, always available on WhatsApp, and ready to help with anything. I truly appreciate the entire team, especially the doctor. Even though I'm only 2 days post-op, I can already recommend this clinic with all my heart.

I had a hair transplant at Medar Hair Istanbul in November, and I am very, very pleased with the outcome so far. I must admit, the first weeks were tough—especially between the 2nd and 4th months. However, the clinic and its staff have been impeccable throughout the entire process. From the beginning, they set the right expectations and have consistently followed up with me during my journey.
The procedure itself was as expected, with some pain, but it was manageable. The doctors and clinic staff were always supportive and attentive, which made a big difference. Although I am still in the process (it’s now been 6.5 months since my procedure), I am very happy and grateful for the results.

Sono stato assistito con la massima cura sia durante il pre che il post intervento. Nonostante siano insorti degli imprevisti (non dipendenti da loro) mi è subito stata fornita assistenza. L'intervento per quanto lungo è stato reso il più piacevole possibile dallo staff. I risultati richiedono del tempo per arrivare, ma non posso che ritenermi soddisfatto.
