Vil starte med å takke for en utrolig trygg opplevelse, service og alle personal som var innblandet var kjempe flinke og hyggelige ! Jeg skal innrømme jeg var utrolig nervøs og spent men jeg ble godt fulgt opp av ei sykepleier med navn Ece som var kjempe snill og hyggelig som fikk meg til å føle meg veldig trygg. Jeg hadde hårtransplantasjon og bleking av tenner. Legene under hår transplantasjonen var veldig rolige og snille, de passet godt på at jeg ikke skulle ha noe smerter og vil si det gikk super smud. Når vi var litt over halvveis i operasjonen fikk jeg en mat pause med salat og kylling pasta som var fint. Neste dag ble jeg hentet av Sjofør fra klinikken for en check up og bleking av tenna. Alt gikk smertefritt og var veldig fornøyd med resultatet. Alt i alt vil jeg gi en score på 10/10! Tusen takk igjen for en trygg og hyggelig opplevelse! Denne plassen anbefales på det sterkeste :)

I went for the first time to Mcan in Istanbul and i am very happy with my choice. From the first contact on till in the clinic the contact was nice and with good information. Cansu was really great and always online to answer any questions or help. The driver Uhmutcan was a very nice and helpfull person. On the day of the hair transplant you have an intake, than a bloodtest and good information which part of your head they are gonna treat, only the first needles to num your head is not pleasant but its ok. The rest of the transplant was very ok and not painfull, if you want to take a short brake its ok and you can listing to your own music if you want.Once done u are taken back to hotel and picked back up next day where Cansu talks to you about hole treatment and after care and given medication and creams and shampoo then taken back to airport. Now at home no pain bit uncomfortable but all ok and Cansu have been contact me every few days. I really recommend Mcan to everyone who wants a hair transplant.

A special thank you to Arda, who flawlessly coordinated everything — from the procedure itself to my accommodation and transfers. His organization and support took all the stress out of the process and allowed me to focus entirely on healing and feeling my best. Ich kann die ganze Sache nur weiter empfehlen! Angekommen in der Türkei wurden wir wie besprochen abgeholt und am Hotel abgelassen. Die Schwestern und die Bedienungen waren super. Es hat ein wenig an der Kommunikation gelangt da ich kein gutes Englisch konnte. Aber das hat nicht gestört da man sich gegenseitig verstanden hatte. Der Arzt der die op durchgeführt hat war einfach klasse. Alles gut gemacht und die Pflege danach bis zum Abflug war auch super.

Im Februar 2025 bin ich nach Istanbul gereist und habe eine Halsstraffung und eine Oberarmstraffung durchführen lassen. Organisiert wurde alles von mcan health. Da dies sowieso schon eine aufregende und nervenaufreibende Angelegenheit ist, würde ich immer empfehlen, die Expertise und Erfahrung einer solchen Organisation zu nutzen. Man muß sich um nichts mehr kümmern und hat immer einen kompetenten Ansprechpartner in Form einer "eigenen" Krankenschwester. In meinem Fall war das die unglaublich liebenswerte Cansu, die mir mit ihrer süßen und gleichzeitig professionellen Art zur Seite stand und immer im richtigen Moment ein Lächeln und einen guten Rat für mich hatte. Nach 9 Tagen bin ich wieder abgereist und jetzt, 4 Wochen später, arbeite ich wieder und fühle mich 10 Jahre jünger und voller Tatendrang. Ich bin sehr froh, diese Entscheidung getroffen zu haben und kann den Satz, den man immer wieder hört, nur unterschreiben: trust the process 😋

The whole journey with MCAN from start, to procedure, to now being on my recovery path (week 2), has being amazing. From the evaluation point at the start (dealing with a gentleman named Kareem), to meeting the nurses, translators and transport teams, I can’t find any fault, I can only praise and thank the whole team! A special shout out to Cansu, the main nurse who looked after mce and of course the team who did the procedure on me. I had 3300 grafts done. Total time at the clinic 8 hours (including drawing up the hair line, blood tests, final evaluations etc). Total time on the chair for sonar and inserting new area 5.5 hours. I’m so happy with the way it has healed in 1 week and look forward to start seen the final results over the next few months. Thanks again team!
