23-d February was the anniversary. One year ago I had my rhinoplasty here. And I am very pleased with all the results.
I am remembering the experience with warm heart. Dr. Ergin Er is a world-class surgeon, no doubt. The nose looks amazing, I have no complications, I breathe well, and don't have any running nose or anything of that sort.
All the process was perfectly organized. The hospital staff is fantastic, transfers were smooth, organizators answered all questions at any time of day and night, I felt support and high medical service. By the way, the hotel and food in it was amazing too.

I've been recomending this place to everyone I know.

World renowned Surgeons! Highly recommend. I had a secondary rhinoplasty conducted ( after a differ doctor butchered me) and Dr Gurhan managed to not only fix a missing bone part without harvesting from my other body parts but make my nose straight, fully functional and looking absolutely natural. The recovery took me 3 DAYS. I had literally no visible swelling or bruising. Fully went back to work ( WFH) and was back to normal life in 7 days. It a diamond among surgents.

Meine Schwester hat sich hier die Nase operieren lassen und die Augenlider straffen lassen. Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht wie fürsorglich alle Krankenpfleger sind. Sie kommen regelmäßig um nach meiner Schwester zu sehen. Sie sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Hygiene ist hier 100% gegeben. Und auch der operierende Arzt Dr. Ahmet Hamdi ist auch nach der Operation sehr fürsorglich. Ich würde in Zukunft dieses Krankenhaus und diesen arzt jeden weiter empfehlen.

Esperienza negativa e servizio non professionale.
Siamo venuti dall’Italia a Istanbul per far operare mio padre, che è cardiopatico, presso Istanbul Aesthetic Center. Prima di partire, abbiamo inviato tutti i certificati necessari, inclusi quelli del cardiologo, specificando chiaramente le sue condizioni di salute. Una volta arrivati, dopo che mia sorella è stata operata senza problemi, a mio padre è stato negato l’intervento. L’analista che ha preso questa decisione non lo ha nemmeno visitato di persona, dichiarando semplicemente che non poteva essere operato. Nonostante la situazione e le spese che abbiamo sostenuto, la clinica si è rifiutata di restituire i 500 € di acconto per mio padre.
Inizialmente ci avevano promesso almeno metà del rimborso, poi ci avevano detto che avrebbero coperto le spese dell’albergo, per poi cambiare nuovamente versione dicendo che avrebbero rimborsato solo una parte molto ridotta. Continuavano a menzionare “spese governative” non meglio specificate, senza fornirci nessuna fattura o documentazione a supporto. La mancanza di trasparenza e di professionalità ci ha lasciato molto delusi.
Abbiamo speso tanto e viaggiato inutilmente con tutta la famiglia, e a questo punto mio padre avrebbe potuto fare l’intervento in Italia, dove il livello di serietà è sicuramente più alto. Non consiglio questa struttura per chi cerca un servizio chiaro e affidabile. Alla fine, dopo tanta collera che hanno fatto prendere a mio padre ci hanno ritornato €210…

La clinica era bellissima, pulitissima e lo staff tutti molto gentili. Il chirurgo Gürhan Özcan molto bravo e professionale. La traduttrice Sabnem una donna meravigliosa🥰 sempre disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio. Anche dopo essere tornata a casa ha continuato a scrivermi per sapere come stavo. Sono stata a Marzo 2023 in questa clinica, avevo preventivato una mastopessi con protesi nei mesi precedenti, il giorno prima della partenza l’interprete mi comunica che il Dr. Ergin si rifiuta di impiantarmi delle protesi, che avrebbe ridotto il seno e basta, non nego che avrei voluto cancellare ogni cosa, ma avevo preso ferie, sistemato la figlia x 7 gg… fatto esami ecc ecc… ho accettato perché loro avevano detto
Che avrei avuto un bel seno grande, risultato? Ho una terza di taglia, il mio capezzolo è completamente piatto e le cicatrici molto evidenti e gonfie a distanza di mesi. Ho chiesto più volte spiegazioni al medico, che mi ha snobbata ed evitata per i giorni di controlli. Pessima recensione sul dottore, la clinica, le infermiere e anche l’interprete sono stati tutti disponibili. Anche se l’interprete avrebbe dovuto mantenere quelle che erano le condizioni prestabilite, non mi è stata fatta ricevuta sul pagamento e non ho copia della cartella clinica.
