Prof. Dr. İhsan Öge hocamızın 35 yıllık takipli hastasıydım. Kendisinin yönlendirmesi ile de yaklaşık 3-4 yıldır Doç. Dr. Mehmet Şahin Sevim hocamızın takipli hastası oldum. Kendisinin hastaya nezaketli yaklaşımı ve iyi niyetinden çok memnunum. Küçükken geçirdiğim kaza sonucu gözümde birçok problem var.
Ödem, göz tansiyonu,mercek ve kornea problemleri mevcut. Şahin hocamızla göz tansiyonu ve gözümdeki merceği çıkarma ameliyatları oldum. Sayısını bile hatırlamadığım onlarca iğne oldum. Tecrübesine çok güveniyorum. Hastalara ve çalışma arkadaşlarına yaklaşımı, iyi niyetli ve çözüm odaklı olması beni iyi hissettiriyor. Ayrıca bence bilginin ve kendinden emin olmanın vermiş olduğu bir sakinliği var, ve biz hastalarına da bu sakinliği yansıtıyor. 2 haftada bir hemen hemen kontrole geliyorum ve odasının önünü bir gün boş görmedim. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum ve çok memnunum.
Hem hocamızdan hem sekreteryadaki arkadaşlardan.
Tek iyileştirilmesini beklediğim nokta hasta kabul kısmı. 25-30 dakikadan bile fazla kayıt sırası bekleniyor. Kontrol bile olsa sağlık sigorta onayları vb. Bekliyoruz. Kayıt kısmı dar boğaz oluyor.hastane yetkililerin bu durumu acil çözmesi lazım.
Açıkcası hocalarımızdan ve çalışanlardan bu kadar memnun olmasan gelmek istemezdim. Çünkü hepimiz yoğunuz ve bu kadar beklemeyi hak etmiyoruz

Ablamın retinasının yırtılmış olması riski ile sabaha karşı gittiğimiz Dünya Göz Etiler den, sabah acil olarak Retina uzmanına görünmemiz söylendi. “Yemek yemeyin ameliyata alınabilirsiniz” denildi. Sabah ilk randevu olan 09:00 a Ümit Güner den randevu aldık. 08:45 te gittik. İlk randevu biz olmamıza rağmen ve erken gitmemize rağmen başka bir hasta içeri alınmış. Hasta 40 dakka içeriden çıkmadı (hasta başına süre 20 dk) Acil olduğunu ve o nedenle erken geldiğimizi, ilk randevu saatini aldığımızı , acilden yönlendirildiğimizi , neden başka hasta aldıklarını sorduk. Durumu anlattık. Sadece “bekleyeceksiniz” dediler. İçerideki hasta kimin tanıdığıydı neden ayrıcalıklığıydı bilmiyorum. Çok ayıp. Acil durumdaki hasta ile ilgilenmeyen bir hastaneye nasıl güvenebiliriz ki? Durumun hassasiyetini kavrayamayan hstaneden ayrılıp , ardından randevusuz Caddebostan Veni Vidi Göz Hastanesine gittik. Durumu anlatır anlatmaz alel acele bizi Retina Uzmanı doktor ile görüştürdüler. Gösterdikleri ilgi alaka, hızı görünce çok etkilendik. Veni Vidi Göz iyi ki varsın.
