Annemin her iki bacağından da robotik diz protez ameliyatı olduk. Araştırmalarımız sonucunda Kayhan hocamızda karar kıldık.
İyi ki de öyle yapmışız. Bi kere herşeyden önce güleryüzlü ve çok ilgili. Profesyonellik konusunda Türkiye nin en iyisi dersek yanlış olmaz.Harika bir ekibi var. Fizyoterapist Emir bey ameliyat sonraki fizik tedavi konusunda çok özverili ve çok yardımcı oldu. 5. Katta yatan hasta bölümünde tek tek isim veremem tüm hemşire hanımlar hasta bakıcı ve temizlik görevlileri çok yardımcı oldular. Hatta teknik servis en küçük bir aksaklıkta pazar günü demeden anında yardımcı oluyorlar. Bütün hastalar böyle mi bilmiyorum ama biz çalışan bütün arkadaşlarla aile gibi olduk. İlk günümüzden evimize varabildigimize kadar bizimle ilgilendikler. В середине марта 2025 года у меня произошло обострение межпозвоночной грыжи и до конца апреля я перепробовал практически всё: от медикаментов до разных процедур (физиотерапия, электрофорез), но всё это не приносило заметного улучшения самочувствия. В итоге я решил обратиться в клинику, которая выполняет операции по удалению межпозвоночной грыжи, а также имеет хорошую репутацию и отзывы. Именно под эти критерии подходила клиника Turan & Turan Health Group (Турция, г. Бурса)
В первую очередь хочу отметить менеджера-консультанта Aboush, которая всегда оперативно и профессионально отвечала на все мои вопросы. В короткие сроки мне был предоставлен план предоперационных мероприятий и самой операции. После нескольких консультаций я вылетел в Турцию.
Указанная клиника организует трансферы для своих пациентов из аэропорта в отель и после лечения - из отеля в аэропорт и это очень важно, потому что трансфер из аэропорта Стамбул до клиники составляет около 2 часов и машина должна быть комфортной и удобной для пациентов с подобными диагнозами. Именно такие машины Turan & Turan Health Group предоставляет при встрече своих клиентов в аэропорту
На следующий день после прибытия в Турцию состоялась моя первая очная встреча с врачами. Я был впечатлён, как всё было организовано: ни очередей, ни задержек с анализами и результатами обследований

Отдельно хочется отметить весь медицинский и обслуживающий персонал клиники. Все сотрудники доброжелательные и внимательные. Даже простые сотрудники клиники, которые были рядом, всегда улыбались и желали скорейшего выздоровления!
Несмотря на высокую нагрузку в операционной, врачи и медсёстры работали как единый организм. После операции всё было отлажено также на отлично: никакой суеты, все действия отточены до автоматизма. Работая в сфере услуг, я знаю, как непросто бывает добиться слаженности в работе большой команды.

Было много причин выбрать эту клинику, но главная - это доктор Кайхан Туран, опытный врач высокой квалификации, с обширной практикой, глава ортопедического сообщества Турции. Он использует самые современные методы лечения и современные материалы для протезов. Я общалась с некоторыми его пациентами и слышала только хорошие отзывы.
Мне хотелось бы отметить, что послеоперационный уход также важен, как и сама операция. Работа медицинского персонала поставлена на самом высоком уровне. Вы всегда будете под присмотром мед персонала и начнете заниматься с физиотерапевтом с первых дней. Хотелось бы отметить, насколько они терпеливы, внимательны и сострадательны.

Our experience at Turan Turan Hospital was truly exceptional, and I can't praise them enough for the outstanding care we received. Me and my mother-in-law traveled all the way from the United States to Turkey specifically for a double knee joint replacement surgery. Prior to coming here, she was unable to walk and was living in constant pain. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and professionalism exceeded our expectations. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and highly skilled, making us feel welcomed and supported throughout the entire journey.The surgery itself was a great success. The results were beyond what we had hoped for—my mother-in-law is now walking again with no pain or difficulty, which feels like a miracle considering her condition before. The hospital facilities were modern, clean, and very comfortable. A special thank you goes to Batu, the coordinator, who played a vital role in making everything run smoothly.
