What a team ! They left me smiling on the outside and the inside . Extremely helpful and attentive throughout my visit . A special thanks to Sait and his lovely assistant for the care and support . I needed some retrospective adjustment and they sorted me immediately , arranged hotel and got priority service , testament to after treatment service , which is what you need to know , they stood up and kept the promises . I would suggest adding them to your list of clinic options . for sure

Мне ее порекомендовала знакомая, которая ранее уже там проходила комплексное лечение зубов и осталась довольна результатом. Понравился сервис и доброжелательная атмосфера, встретили с улыбкой ))) Мне организовали заранее встречу в аэропорту и поселили в комфортный отель с хорошими завтраками и бассейном. Находится не далеко от моря и большого водопада. Я устанавливал два импланта. Хирург Tolgahan опытный специалист и очень аккуратный. Все сделал как и необходимо. Первый день после установки была небольшая боль, прикладывал холод. На второй день полностью боль прошла. На 5 день после установки уже никакого дискомфорта не ощущал. Также особо хочу отметить и поблагодарить девушку Аделию, которая меня сопровождала во время моего нахождения в клинике. Очень внимательная и заботливая! Так как я отношусь бережно к своему здоровью, задавал ей очень много уточняющих и сложных вопросов, которые меня интересовали. Она переводила все мои вопросы врачам так как мой английский не свободный и после этого детально пересказывала мне их ответы. Она также очень глубоко и профессионально разбирается в вопросах медицины и со всем что связано с лечением зубов. Это еще больше вызвало доверие к клинике Smile Team. Аделия, свободно говорит на 3 языках ( русский , турецкий и английский). Ее перевод помог качественно коммуницировать с хирургом во время лечения. После установки имплантов она меня детально проконсультировала по рекомендациям от врачей что необходимо сделать чтобы процесс заживления прошел как можно быстрее, и что делать не стоит в первые дни после установки имплантов. Выдала мне также распечатанную брошюрку с полезными советами и пакет с необходимыми медикаментами. Через пару месяцев приеду опять в эту клинику чтобы продолжить лечение и установить коронки. Всем рекоменду Smile Team! Действительно сервис высокого уровня и профессиональные услуги в красивом городе Анталия.

Not long back from the smile team in Turkey and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Initial conversations with them started in January with them asking for pictures of my teeth, and any ongoing health related issues. A detailed plan was received for the possible treatment including price, and in my case it was 6 implants on top, plus 12 crowns on the bottom. They advised there may be other treatment needed, but would not be able to confirm until a detailed 3D xray was carried out. This of course could be carried out by myself at a uk dentist then sent over, but i chose not to go down this route. At no stage did i feel pressured to complete the treatment and was given time to go through all the information they provided. The 1st part of my treatment was a 5 day visit in March, and was greeted at the airport, and taken to the Hotel. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Communication was received from the smile team when i landed advising of appointment time and what time i would be getting picked up by the taxi. Arrived at the smile team you are welcomed by staff which have genuine smiles to see you and put you at complete ease. The facility is very clean and modern and like others have said they make you feel like you are part of their family. A detailed xray was taken then consultation with the Dr to go through possible treatment plan, and everything was explained in detail. At every stage of treatment you are sent away with the do's and dont's and again taxi to and from the hotel. Any on going questions they are a txt away via WhatsApp, and they reply very quickly. 2nd Visit was for a week, and again staff could not be any more helpful or nicer. They are also perfectionist when it comes to your finished smile, and take time to listen to any concerns and to make adjustments. Im really thrilled with my new smile,and everyone at the smile team has exceeded my expectations as has the overall experience. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the smile team to anyone who wants any dental work done in the future. I didnt catch everyone's name there, but thanks again to Max, Adele, and to everyone there for their hardwork, professionalism and friendliness towards myself and others

Я очень доволен лечением в клинике Smile Team Turkey в Анталии! Менеджер по бронированию организовала проживание в отеле с завтраком и кондиционером всего в пяти минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Был предоставлен трансфер из аэропорта, а также поездки между отелем и клиникой, что сделало всё максимально удобным. Отмечу услуги переводчицы/координаторки, благодаря которой процесс лечения был полностью понятен и комфортен. Персонал невероятно дружелюбный, а врачи — высококвалифицированные специалисты, работающие на современном оборудовании. Чистка 50€, удаление двух зубов мудрости 280€, пломба 50€, седация (вид анастезии) 360€, трансфер на минивэне Maybach аэропорт-отель и обратно 60€. Проживание в отеле отдельная стоимость. Консультация, услуги координатора/переводчицы, рентген, план лечебных мероприятий, а также медицинские препараты после стоматологической помощи — включены в стоимость процедур. По сравнению с частными клиниками в Праге, цены очень приятные. Это не просто стоматология, а целый комплексный сервис, в котором чувствуешь заботу на каждом шаге! 😁
