Hallo liebe Leute, ich war am 04.11.24 in Antalya für eine Schlafmagen OP.
Ich kann nur positives berichten.
Alles super durchorganisiert, von Anfunft wo man von dem lieben Effe abgeholt wird, auch Voruntersungen am Ankunfttag und am nächsten Tag.
Klinik sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Schwestern. Die OP: alles ruck zuck erledigt, keine Schmerzen, sehr lieber Arzt der täglich vorbei schaute ob alles in Ordnung ist. Bis heute 14.11.24 keine Probleme und auch abgenommen.
Das wichtigste zum Schluß, ist die liebe Fatma, die sich um alles kümmert, alles übersetzt und immer für einen da ist.
So einen tolle Betreuung hab ich in Deutschland noch nie erlebt.
Ich kann die Klinik nur empfehlen.

Im August 2024 begann ich, mich intensiver mit der Möglichkeit einer Schlauchmagen-OP zu beschäftigen. Der Auslöser dafür waren leider negative Kommentare aus meiner eigenen Familie, da ich an Adipositas leide. Zuvor hatte ich nie ernsthaft darüber nachgedacht, weil ich zu viel Angst vor der Operation hatte und mir das Schlimmste ausmalte.
Im August begann ich dann mit meiner Recherche, zunächst in Deutschland, stellte aber schnell fest, dass die Preise dort deutlich höher sind als in der Türkei. Daraufhin habe ich drei Kliniken in der Türkei kontaktiert. In allen Fällen fanden die Vorgespräche mit den Assistenten oder Betreuern statt.
Schließlich entschied ich mich für eine Schlauchmagen-OP in Antalya bei Clinics United, da mich vor allem Fatma mit ihrer Erfahrung, den klaren Aussagen und ihrer Freundlichkeit überzeugt hat. Die gesamte Organisation und Planung verlief reibungslos, und wir konnten schnell einen OP-Termin für den 06.10.2024 vereinbaren. Vor der Operation wurde ein umfassender medizinischer Check-up durchgeführt, der Lungenröntgen, Blutentnahme, Herz- und Bauchultraschall, einen Lungenfunktionstest sowie das Anästhesiegespräch umfasste. Alles war bestens vorbereitet, und die Hygiene entsprach sogar deutschen Standards, wenn nicht noch besser.
Das Personal war Tag und Nacht immer sofort zur Stelle wenn was war. Super tolles Team.
Die Operation selbst dauerte etwa 30 Minuten. Mein Arzt, Dr. Erdem Cem Yardımcı, kam jeden Tag zur Visite, und auch Fatma war täglich bei mir. Selbst nach meiner Rückkehr nach Deutschland bin ich nicht auf mich allein gestellt – Fatma ist weiterhin jederzeit für mich da.
Ich bin überglücklich, dass ich mich für Clinics United in Antalya entschieden habe. Die Betreuung war exzellent, und ich hätte die Operation rückblickend gerne schon früher machen sollen. Fatma du bist die beste.

Das Krankenhaus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Schwestern bemühen sich und der Arzt ist immer präsent.
Zudem ist Fatma als Dolmetscher oft vor Ort.
Sie hat nicht nur das Fachliche Wissen sondern auch die nötige Menschenkenntnis um alle individuell betreuen zu können.

I recently had the gastric sleeve procedure at Clinic United antalya, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely top-notch.
From the moment I first contacted the clinic, I was put at ease by the professionalism and warmth of the staff. Efe was particularly exceptional. He walked me through every step of the process with incredible patience and clarity. No question was too small, and he made sure I felt confident and well-informed before, during, and after the surgery.
Alexandra was another stand-out. Her compassionate care and attention to detail were truly impressive. She made sure I was comfortable and well-taken care of during my stay. Her friendly demeanor and positive attitude were incredibly uplifting and played a huge role in my recovery.

Evelyne à été mon accompagnatrice ,dès que j ai pris la décision de faire cet acte chirurgical. Elle a répondu à toutes mes questions afin que je sois totalement rassurée .
Des mon arrivée à l aéroport d Antalya un chauffeur est venu me chercher avec de l eau car c était l été.
Evelyne a pris le relais et toute la logistique était très précise pour l ensemble des examens pre opératoires puis le jour de l opération jusqu'à ma descente en salle chirurgicale puis à mon rêveil.
En fait Evelyne est présente tout au long de cette prise en charge qui dure trois journées.
L équipe médicale et paramédicale est très souriante,aimable et accessible.
Le geste chirurgical est limité,propre ainsi que l efficacité des Infirmières pour le changement des pansements....
C est une équipe très professionnelle, compétente et humaine.
Malgré l amplitude de leur journée chacun prend le temps d être à l écoute de vos questions et leur passage en chambre est régulier.
La chambre est individuelle,la propreté excellente et le ménage est fait très régulièrement.
Evelyne en est la cheffe d orchestre.Elle a su s entourer de professionnels très impliqués et investis tout comme elle.

I had an excellent experience from the moment I booked over the phone with Alexandra to when I was collected from the airport. My coordinator, Efe, took care of everything and provided exceptional support, especially during moments when I considered backing out. The surgeon, Dr. Erdem Can, was outstanding and clearly skilled. I was impressed with the thorough pre-surgery checks to ensure I was fit for the procedure. During these checks, they discovered I had a chest infection and wasn't fit for surgery. Despite this, Alexandra took great care of me, rearranging the surgery to fit my schedule once I was better.
After the surgery, Dr. Can visited us twice a day to check on my progress. The aftercare was excellent, and the nurses were really nice and friendly. Efe and Alexandra once again ensured everything went smoothly. Thank you to Dr. Erdem Can and a special thanks to Alexandra and Efe for their exceptional care.

Meine erste Erfahrung mit Clinics United machte ich im April 2023. Damals erfolgte meine Reise mit Begleitung. Meine zweite Erfahrung mit Clinics United machte ich im Juni diesen Jahres, diesmal reiste ich alleine an. Beide Male lief alles super Service- und Patientenorientiert ab.
Die Ergebnisse machen mich immer noch sprachlos aber hier geht es nicht um die Bewertung der Eingriffe (Rezensionen wurden separat abgegeben) sondern um den Service Dienstleister Clinics United.
In dieser Bewertung möchte ich primär auf meinen zweiten (alleinigen) Aufenthalt eingehen, da ich denke dass viele die so etwas planen, genau davor Angst haben(wie ich es ebenfalls hatte). Ich muss vorweg sagen, dass ich vor meiner Entscheidung für Clinics United mit vielen Beautytravel Organisationen in Kontakt stand, mir angeboten erstellen ließ und zuvor auch Erfahrungen gesammelt habe.
Von der Anfrage bishin zur Nachsorge war die liebe Fatma IMMER als Ansprechpartnerin für mich da. Als absolute Angstpatientin Bedarf es in meinem Fall an wirklich viel Einfühlungsvermögen und starke Nerven.
Sowohl bei der vorab Beratung, Planung als auch vor Ort bei den Untersuchungen. Sogar als ich nach der Narkose wieder wach wurde, war Fatma an meiner Seite, hielt meine Hand und beruhigte mich.
Ich konnte mich zu jeder Zeit, mit jedem Anliegen hilfesuchend an Sie wenden.
Eine weitere große Angst war die alleinige Wundversorgung bei den Temperaturen nach Entlassung aber selbst das stellte kein Problem dar! Fatma fand für alles eine Lösung. Ich fühlte mich keine Sekunde alleine gelassen. So ein Service ist wirklich unbezahlbar!
Was mich ebenfalls von Clinics United überzeugte, war die Tatsache, dass sie mit beständigen, unglaublich guten und gewissenhaften Ärzten sowie Krankenhäusern kooperieren.
Auch heute, 6 Wochen Post-OP steht mir Fatma mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hält bei Fragen stets Rücksprache mit dem Arzt.
Aber von Anfang an;
In Antalya gelandet wurde ich von dem sehr höflichen und zuvorkommenden Kubilay abgeholt. Er spricht nur türkisch (ich nicht) aber selbst das war kein Problem. Mein Flug war 3std verspätet, ich komplett dehydriert und nervös ob mein Fahrer so lange warten würde... absolut unbegründet denn draußen wartete Kubilay mit einem freundlichen Lächeln und kalten Getränken auf mich. Kubilay fuhr mit mir zu den Voruntersuchungen ins Krankenhaus, übernahm die Anmeldung und Kommunikation mit den Ärzten und Pflegern. Danach ging es ins Hotel wo er ebenfalls beim Check in alles abklärte, so dass ich eigentlich nicht viel zu tun hatte. Morgens holte mich Kubilay pünktlich ab, und brachte mich ins Krankenhaus wo die wunderbare Fatma auf mich wartete. Diese Erzählung könnte ich noch unendlich weiterführen aber worauf ich hinaus möchte, ich fühlte mich in wirklich keiner Sekunde allein gelassen! Das Konzept Clinics United funktioniert! Sie arbeiten mit ausgezeichneten und stetigen Partnern (Hotel,KH,Chirurgen) zusammen, die Patienten Betreuung ist herzlich, einfühlsam und mit Leib und Seele dabei.
Im Laufe meines Aufenthaltes ( ich plante von Anfang an insgesamt 12 Tage zu bleiben - in denen ich trotz privatem Aufenthalt immer gut versorgt und umsorgt wurde. So ermöglichte Fatma es, dass der liebe Burak jeden, spätestens jeden zweiten Tag zur Wundversorgung bei mir im Hotel vorbei kam. Burak ist Assistenzarzt, so hatte ich die Sicherheit und war beruhigt, dass meine Heilung Komplikationslos verläuft. Was ich sagen möchte, sowas ist nirgendwo selbstverständlich! So ein Service und so viel Fürsorge... Für Probleme werden wirkliche Lösungen gefunden. Ich war keine Nummer, kein Geldbetrag, kein fertig und weg! Genau das macht Clinics United aus! Man merkt wie sehr Fatma, Burak, Kubilay und die anderen ihren Job lieben und um die Patienten sorgen.
Zum Schluss noch, der Ablauf ist wirklich so einfach. Nach der Beratung, Bucht man den Flug, sendet die Bestätigung an Fatma und der Rest läuft quasi automatisch - packen, ins Flugzeug steigen und den Weg ins neue Leben beginnen.
