Truly an upsetting experience. Considering that vitallife has always charge a premium for the experience of coming to the hospital. They have made nothing easy at all. Billing was terribly explained to us without us knowing what we are paying for. The doctor was nice and understanding but the staff made a big fuss about booking a simple test at the radiology department across the street. They booked us the appointment but did not communicate to the radiology department about what was needed. The radiology department proceed to question us why we are here. We simply explain but even they refuse to call vitallife for the info until we kept asking. Finally the lady at vitallife told me over the phone she made a mistake and will be sending over the test we needed to do. We were then told that we need to make an additional payment over the phone by vitallife sending us a link which never arrived. The radiology department refuse to perform the test because they were not paid. We obviously offered to pay but we were told the payment can only be made from vitallife. Over an hour they couldn’t figure out what they needed and finally the radiology department refuse to accept us so we had to come back to vitallife which they said they are still preparing the link. I think that if you are paying 3 times the normal amount for a health check for the convenience. There was no convenience, only headaches. Considering that most of the staff just sit around and gossip about their day at the reception area. I am just truly upset because we have been coming here for 3 years now and sadly this will be our last time.

A clinic for testing vitamins in general, specializing in this field. There is a translator who speaks Arabic. The service is excellent. There is free coffee for visitors, and the staff are very polite in dealing. I advise everyone to go to this place to do vitamin tests in general.
