The clinic has terrible service. The staff used derogatory and insulting words that made me feel bad, and the service was incomplete. For example, there should be 5 steps in facial treatment, but the staff only did one step the whole time. My friend requested a specific staff member to perform the treatment, which made other staff members unhappy. They also made sarcastic remarks that could be heard. During the light treatment, they played chanting songs during the treatment, which was intended to convey a bad message. My friend shared a course with his girlfriend, but the staff member insulted him, asking if he had no money and why he had to use his girlfriend's. After this, my friend will not tell anyone else and will not use the service again.
