Shambolic is an understatement. Surgery went wrong. Tried at every available opportunity to renane from there care and duty. Pure lies and cover up from this shambolic company. Every company makes a mistake it's human nature. It's about rectifying the situation in the smoothest manner. But no this company is a 🤣 joke. There is an informal vibe in the office. This is a family run business so the feeling is friendly , safe and non-threatening. James was always courteous and available to orient new clents.Dr. Chai is very accessible and down to earth. He will provide you with clear information and prescriptions about your presenting issues. He gives you a realistic appraisal without a lot of hype. Menhance fees are very competitive and fair.

I’ve been in this clinic because I suffered of alopecia areata, I really needed a support and someone with knowledge for help me.
The only thinks that this clinic try to do with me is to make me pay the most EXPENSIVE treatment as was a new cells generated to put in my scalp… I said no because is way too much expensive, so by time I learned by myself how to heal alopecia, using minoxidil, tretinoin… (etc) and I ask them if they had this products, and guess what ? THEY HAVE IT… so I have to learn by myself… this clinic won’t help you if you don’t pay a kidney to them because all they want is your money and not your health
They could easily (as seeing me in pain and hopeless) give the basic treatment and see the result and giving me some advice, helpful advice, but no… just want my wallet
A professional supposed to know better than us, know better the solution, the side effects and everything, and I have to learn by myself to heal
They don’t want to give you solution they want to take your money and your problem is none of their business
Is very uncomfortable, as a person that is suffering, I can’t trust this type of clinic to help me because they just want my money, they don’t want my health
I think is very disgusting to make money on the back of people who are really suffering and they won’t (and they know that) give you a solution because they want to help, no they will (maybe) if you put a ridiculous price for their pocket
And all the product that they are selling you can find them in pharmacy for cheaper ! What a scam
For example they sell tretinoin for 300 bath I find the exact product in pharmacy for 100 bath

Probably the worst place I've been at in Thailand. So i chatted with the clinic days before going there. Showed them what i wanted and that in Gowabi they charged 12 000 for the package. They replied yes but you can pay on site. I went there and they refused to honor what they said, the doctor (owner) said price is wrong, it didn't include blood test and left the room. The receptionist comes inside and say sorry and for me it's just a big joke. I tell her that im not interested in supporting a clinic like that and she says she will remove it from Gowabi since it's wrong. 5 min later after i left she calls me "since you came the whole way" we will let you do it for 12 000. But since my interest of supporting people like that i never went back. Today 19th February, the package is still advertised at Gowabi. Don't go there, go to a professional clinic instead
